A fantastic cavehouse. Very peaceful and had everything we needed. About 1.5km walk down hill to the centre of Guadix. 200m from the nearest restaurant and bar. Rolando and Maria were great hosts. Very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

This was a great place to stay. Wonderful views. Antonio sent very good instructions. We had a difficulty with the door one evening, and Antonio came almost immediately, and also changed the gas bottle. We enjoyed our meals in the nearby bars and restaurants very much

The house is fascinating- some of the downstairs rooms are actually carved out of the rock- the pictures can`t really do it justice! You got a real sense of the history of the house, whlle at the same time it had all the modern amenities needed for a comfortable stay, including the best wifi connectivity that I have ever experienced in Spain- incredible for a mountain village. The house was very well equipped for a walking holiday, with an extensive library of local guide books and maps, as well as binoculars and walking poles. Ann-Helene was extremely kind, even though we made several changes to our booking due to family issues. We appreciated her patience.

I had a wonderful stay at Cueva Oliva. The hosts were extremely helpful and were quick to respond to my issues - including a rental car problem that I personally could not address due to my phone SIM being unable to call the service number. I was worried that it would be hard to find, but for once, google maps will get you to within 10 meters of the cave (one more driveway after it tells you that you are there). The kitchen had everything you might need, and the space heaters took the chill and dampness out of the cave. The patio furniture has been significantly upgraded since the photos were taken: Table and chairs, lounge chairs, hammock. As this is a cave, the ceiling heights, and door opening heights are variable. I am 5' 9" and had to mind the bathroom door opening carefully. The ceiling slopes downward toward the kitchen sink. I felt my hair contacting the ceiling. The shorter you are, the happier you will be with the ceiling heights. All in all- a unique and wonderful experience

Chandra's place is super cool! Was definitely hard to find, but it was clear from the instructions that finding it would be challenging. Would recommend downloading a map prior to coming here in case you do not have service, as we didn't get a sim card when we came to Spain from the US. The road the house is on is more of a walkway, so just be prepared to carry your luggage! Other than that, the place is pretty epic! Has an incredible view, is clean and exactly as advertised. Walking distance from some pretty cool restaurants and bars, as well as the top of the hill which has a fantastic view. Would stay here again!

My stay in the la Loli cave was wonderful. Adriana and Antonio welcomed us like never before with any host, anywhere else in the world. Very friendly and friendly, they gave us a bottle of wine, prepared a lemonade. The cave is even more beautiful than in the photo, complete with everything, fully equipped for breakfast and for every need, in summer you will be very fresh. If you're thinking of going to Guadix, stop looking and book the Loli cave!

Great, loved the chance to stay in a cave house!

The stay at Maria Jose's house was spectacular, the photos are totally like the house. It is an ideal place to be quiet, apart from being able to visit everything, apart from Maria Jose is always attentive to anything you need or want to visit. We will definitely be back for more days because the stay was too short.

We had an incredible stay. We weren’t able to stay in the cave we had originally booked, so Carlos upgraded us to an even bigger and more beautiful cave and it completely exceeded expectation. The views from the terrace were stunning, the log fire was cosy, all the facilities and appliances were high quality and new, and the entire property was so cleverly laid out. A really special way to spend New Year.

It was an exceptional experience staying at this unique cave during the month in October. Inside, the temperature was so nice that we slept covered, despite the heat it was on the outside. The place is beautifully decorated, as shown in the pictures, with lots of thoughtful details and a generous welcome basket with coffee and other products. Sleeping in a cave house like this is a unique experience, since inside it is at a perfect temperature and there is no noise or light, so you sleep wonderfully. The town has many cave houses and is a pleasure to walk through its streets. In addition, it is worth noting that in the same village you can enjoy excellent food and drink at very reasonable prices. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom and kitchen were recently very tastefully renovated. The kitchen was well equipped. You can park inside the private patio of the house, although you have to go down a small hill.

We had a wonderful stay. They thought of everything and generous with snacks, towels, pillows, blankets, coffee etc. they have thought of everything and their pride in the place is evident. I highly recommend this place. We were taken on a magnificent tour up the top of the ridge by the owner. Can’t say enough. We wished we stayed more nights.

Fantastic place to relax. An interesting location with a great little museum about the caves as well. You do get noise from the nearby highway when you're outside, but that didn't really disturb us (and you can't hear it in the caves). Manuel and his colleagues were excellent hosts. We really enjoyed our stay - thank you!

Great location! Enjoyed a few peaceful days in the countryside. I loved the views. And the pool was wonderful.

Would highly recommend this property ,from the minute arriving until leaving everything was perfect .Our host greeted us,with a bottle of home made wine and then showed us to the house to which I must say was beyond my expectations.The property was very homely and extremley clean . We had the most amazing view from our patio area of the Sieera Nevada mountains . Just to say if you want a relXing time with great hosts then this is the place

A place where I was able to relax as I wanted, away from the noise, but close to shops, restaurants, etc. The cave is very nice and was very clean. José was super friendly at all times and gave us several recommendations for visits in the area. I highly recommend it. Thank you for everything, José. We'll be back!
