The Tinao apartment occupies the old hayloft and warehouse of agricultural tools. A duplex, with an open mezzanine and a double bedroom with a vaulted ceiling. Surrounded by extensive gardens, swimming pool and parking.

You will live in the Albaicín and next to the Elvira Arch and downtown (10 minutes on foot). Next to a bus stop and with Parking nearby. You can stroll through the Mirador de San Nicolás, Plaza Larga, Sacromonte... You will have your own space with kitchen/living room, bathroom and bedroom. The entrance door is shared, as are the stairs and the terrace, but the rest is independent. IMPORTANT: IT is a VERY QUIET house and is requested and seeks silence.

Great apartment in the backyard of my house. You will have a private terrace to enjoy magnificent views of Granada. We are in the center of Granada at the foot of the Albaicin. A 7-minute walk to the cathedral. A 3-minute walk to the bus or taxi stop. A 10-minute walk to Plaza de San Nicolás. A 20-minute walk to the entrance of the Alhambra. You have to climb stairs to get to the house. But that will make you enjoy silence and tranquility.
