Waterfront vacation rentals in Gran Alacant

Wonderful apartment with beachside location, we stayed here for 8 days with our grandchildren and family. The apartment has plenty of space, and a well equipped Kitchen. Everything you need for,your stay washing tablets for dishwasher and plenty of t towels. Beach towels and beach equipment was available. The restaurants are right outside and very friendly staff. Supermarket and tram all within 10 minute walk. Karen booked taxi for us and responded to every question. Thanks for the lovely Holiday.

We felt right at home in Tomas' apartment! The residential development is wonderful and the location is great for walking down to the beach, we were very grateful not to have to use the car every day. The patio is a perfect size and because of the orientation it is not too sunny and there is a very good breeze. You know the place is right when you miss something from home! We had a great time and we'll definitely be back. Tomas was attentive to us, trying to make things easy. He was flexible with both check-in and check-out. The days we spent there were wonderful! i just want to say that this place was an amazing find. a great location, close to restaurants, the beach and the tram and town. the apartment is beautifully decorated throughout and everything you could possibly need is there to hand. the hosts are there quick to hand everytime i sent a message with a question it was answered with great detail. i will definately be staying again with my family and i will reccomend this to friends and collegues. thank you so much

I stayed at Delias house from 12th to 19th March and I can highly recommend it. The house is in a fabulous location near the strip and beach but private as well . The house was spotless and have everything we could need in it . Delia was very friendly and a great host and anything we asked or wanted was received straight away and I would definitely want to return again in the future

The purpose of the trip was for my brother in Germany and me in America to meet half way, to celebrate our 50th birthday together. We stayed for 14 days. I was accompanied by hubby, daughter, and family friend. We rented a car at Alicante airport, and we arrived at AIRBNB within 30 minutes. Thanks to prior excellent instructions of our host Marie, we had great directions and it was a pleasure to stay at this amazing AIRBNB. The view was fabulous over the Mediterranean Sea. We enjoyed the quiet setting and felt safe in the neighborhood. Weather was beautiful in December. We enjoyed home cooking in fully equipped kitchen, closed out our days with evening walks and sitting on front porch. We recommend sightseeing of castle in Guadalest, waterfalls in Algar, lookout deck in Benidorm, all of Alicante, canelobre caves in Busot. Trip to Alhambra in Granada. Beaches and restaurants in El Campello. We're thanking Marie for excellent communication and wish her all the best in the future.

Daniel is a very nice person, he was able to give us advice on activities to do locally The accommodation is clean and well arranged, easy to access and close to everything I would recommend this place for people looking to visit Alicante and the surrounding area while staying in a quiet environment.

The house is a wonderful, good location in a quiet area, close to the city by car. Everything was very clean and José Luis was super friendly and always attentive. We would repeat for sure!

A lovely cottage with a private garden where young children can play safely. Lots of amenities in the kitchen Spacious bedrooms and a good crib and a nice high chair. All the beds were neatly made. There was plenty of heating via the air conditioning and a separate heater. Very suitable for a family stay, or for a small group. A nice spacious fridge. Herbs and spices are provided. The walking distance to the beach is for adults 5 minutes, you can go through a tunnel under the tram line. The whole house has shutters so it stays nice and dark or cool inside if you wish.

Great apartment straight at the beachside front of Cabo Roig. Apartment was super clean and nicely decorated. Garden with pool was immaculate. Includes private parking.

Stein's place is a real gem. What a joy to spend a weekend in the sun in March! Very well equipped, very easy self check-in, particularly clean and well finished accommodation. I recommend it and will be back 🤩

We stayed in April and found the beach across the road to be wonderful with lots of facilities and really clean. The tram into Alicante was a very reasonable price too and a station not too far from the apartment. There was a lot of building work going on around the neighborhood but you couldn't hear this from inside at all.

Wow, what a beautiful apartment! On the 18th floor, right on the seafront with amazing views of the sea and coast around to Benidorm in the distance. Exceptionally clean and so well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Breakfast on the balcony watching the sunrise was amazing. We were met by Jorge, who was very friendly and welcoming and showed us all around the apartment. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

The listing is as described and photographed and is perfect for a couple. The parking space in the residence and the supermarket less than 5 minutes walk away are real assets. The terrace was also very nice. We would recommend this listing.

Lovely well-functioning apartment (2nd floor) with great views and balcony with everything you need (including real duvets and electric kettle - definitely not something you will find everywhere in Spain). Wow! This apartment is stunning, we have had a great stay here for the last 5 nights. Location is 10/10 sea views are beautiful, watching the sunrise each morning really was a treat. Everything was perfect, 100% recommend a stay here if you are heading to Alicante. Thank you Rudi & Maxim
