Amazing place, peaceful, beautiful and super nice

Great place to stay with lots of garden seating. It was really clean but there were issues with hot water and the washing machine but these were quickly resolved by the amazing handyman. There is building going on next door and we were woken up a couple of mornings but they were trying to be so considerate by blocking off windows etc. the house is suitable for 6 but there were only 2 of us so it was a great for us with lots of room.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the villa at Casa Mila, and it was a delightful experience. The villa's layout is comfortable and perfect for families or groups of friends. One of the highlights of our stay was the beautiful surroundings, including the pool and the fruit tree garden. Every morning, we enjoyed picking and juicing fresh oranges and lemons, which added a special touch to our vacation. The location of the villa is ideal. It is situated in a quiet area with a charming Spanish feel, yet it is still within a 15-minute drive to the lovely beaches of Santa Pola which offers good restaurants, making it a great place to visit for a day trip. Valverde, the area where the villa is located, is small and quiet. However, it is important to note that the supermarket and restaurant hours are limited, so it's a good idea to check their opening times in advance. The villa is its peaceful location and the authentic Spanish atmosphere. Hosts are excellent at communication

If it was possible i would give this place and Alesandra more stars, everything was perfect. Alesandra is such helpful and nice host, she answered all of my questions quickly and offered help always. The place is the most amazing place you can get. 1000000% recommend!

We had a fantastic time. The villa was absolutely perfect. Our hosts thought of everything to make their guests comfortable. The appliances were all top of the range and the place was absolutely spotless. There is absolutely nothing that we could fault. This was a gem of a find and we will certainly be back.

Place absolutely worth the stay. Specially if you have kids , as swimming pool size on villa is great , jacuzzi is massive with impressive views over sea and beach, and it takes you 20sec to get to the beach without running. Sharing pool is a massive bonus as it an impressive size and very warm. There is also baby pool which was a big help as I have 2yol and could have hands free while she was enjoying it. Host was great in all ways: meeting us, communicating and answering any questions we had. If I will have option to go to Alicante again, I will definitely choose Romualdo’s place again and again. Such an amazing place! It's a beautiful spacious house, perfect for a family or group of friends. The many different amenities make you barely want to leave the house. It's close to alicante and the many pretty beaches in the area. And Demci was an amazing host, made sure we were happy and gave many great recommendations!

The villa is beautiful and fully equipped with everything you could need, there are lots of lovely social areas, so with 7 adults and 4 children it still felt very spacious. The beach is a very short walk down a quiet road and there is a great restaurant with beautiful views. There are plenty of eating options around and a supermarket nearby (a very useful wheely trolley is provided in the house!). Leif and Sylwie, were really helpful and great at communicating. We had a great stay and would highly recommend.

What an amazing week we had in Alicante. Joana’s villa was absolutely fantastic! It comfortably accommodated our group of 12, with plenty of space for everyone. The pool was a huge hit, providing respite from the Mediterranean sun and a place to relax. The location was perfect, offering both tranquility and easy access to local amenities. 5 minute walk from Aldi and a €9 taxi to the town. We highly recommend this villa for a memorable group getaway! The attention to detail in the home was admired too. Facilitating a bbq area and a games room, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. What also set this villa apart was the host Joana. She was responsive, kind and easy to communicate to. We will definitely be returning! Thanks Joana

We had a fantastic stay at this villa and Pavo was a wonderful host. He contacted me in the week before we arrived to check our flight times and answer any questions. He was very flexible with our check-in time and met us at the villa to give us a tour. The villa is even better than the photos and description. So peaceful, very clean, and had everything we needed. We requested that the pool be heated and it was a lovely temperature which meant the children spent a lot of time in it. I would really recommend this villa. Thank you Pavo and team!

Wonderful house and great host! Before arriving had details of everything we could need included local recommendations and closest shops etc. It’s a private property that isn’t overlooked or located on a busy road. We were so excited when we arrived and everything was exactly as described: perfect, air-y, open property with lots of space. Absolutely spotless also, really clean and well presented! Host Vincent was very approachable and on hand for anything that we could need, we had a problem with one of the AC units in one of the bedrooms and within 10 minutes it was being sorted - this was late into the evening too but it wasn’t any trouble at all! Thanks again for a wonderful stay, we all had a perfect break!

We were blown away by the location, cleanliness and amenities. Great check in, quality beds and furniture plus access to full laundry provision. The pool and outdoor kitchen were the icing on the cake. Wonderful for a large or extended family to create memories

Attentive hosts, extremely responsive.

Luxury accommodation. The most remarkable thing is the views from the house, but also the cleanliness, how cozy, large and comfortable it is. We would go back without thinking!

We had a wonderful two weeks in this lovely villa with family dipping in and out during our stay - certainly enough bedrooms and bathrooms to cater for them all! Special memories made around the pool area with the little ones and around the large dining areas with the adults. Great kitchen space - and well equipped - we made some great family meals! Nice quiet area - a few bars, restaurants and shops within walking distance. Couple of visits to the beach too! Thank you Rachael and Christian :)

Sky has been a great host. She helped us contact local car rental company before we arrived, she prepared many toys for the kids to play with and set out breakfast since we arrive late in the evening. Her house is spotless and very pretty. The neighbourhood is quiet and pleasant. The location is great, several supermarkets nearby and local restaurants and beach Playa del Carabassí is 5 mins drive away, which Sky has recommended in her welcome booklet. Sky also recommended app we can download to have food delivered which was so handy. The pool was a big hit with the kids, there are steps in the pool, so my toddler can sit down with his feet in water and enjoy playing. My 6 year old and I were able to get into the water and swim a bit late April, since the pool is in the sun most of the day. The artificial grass outside the house is great, it doesn't get too hot for kids' bare feet. The house is well equipped, and everything runs smoothly. We had a great stay! Highly recommend!

This was honestly the best villa I've ever been to! It was private, incredibly beautiful and so clean . The outside area is like stepping into the love island villa. The pool was huge and gorgeous. There were all different places to sit outside. Whether you're eating, socialising or even a little hut to drink in and a bbq area! jacuzzi with jets!! The pictures don't don't do it justice! I couldn't have asked for anything more from this experience. The host was the best host I've had through air bnb. Nothing was too much trouble and response times were very quick. One of the girls even left their passport in the villa and the host actually drove it to us with no questions asked!! We didn't actually want to leave the villa to explore/ go to beach clubs because nothing compared to the area we already had. If I could give the villa and host more than 5 stars I would! I've been to plenty of beautiful villas but this tops all of them hands down. It's kid friendly also not just for adults!!
