It has 2 rooms, living and dining room a with work desk and a balcony. It has a Kitchen fully furnished, a bathroom and a small yard. It is 1st floor with with elevators and located in downtown in the center of La Mata close to restaurants, bars etc. 30 minutes from Alicante airport and it is in front of the Natural Reserve called "Lagunas de La Mata.

Très bel appartement entièrement rénové et parfaitement équipé, il est composé d'un salle de séjour, deux chambres, terrasse et piscine communautaire. Idéal pour cinq ou six personnes. Il se trouve proche des commerces, de la plage et du centre-ville. Une Piscine, une plaine de jeux sont à votre disposition à l intérieur de la résidence.

Fußweg bis zum Strand. 10min. bis zum Aldi, Tedi, Rossmann, 4min. bis zum Spielplatz, einen Park und vieles mehr (mini Golf,Schwimmbad,Restaurants) zu entdecken. Es ist ideale für jung und alt.

El Apartamento de Viktoria tiene una vista espectacular y justo en frente la playa! Que más se puede pedir! La limpieza fue impecable. El apartamento tiene todo lo que uno necesita, lavadora, utensilios, horno... Etc. Muy buena cama y almohada. Justo a un lado del edificio hay un Shop de 24 horas y un excelente Restaurante al otro lado. Realmente no me falto nada. Viktoria es muy amable y estuvo muy pendiente de cualquier cosa que necesite. Gracias nuevamente! 100% recomendado.

Geweldige plek, modern, schoon en goede indeling. Extra toilet. Supermarkt op loopafstand en genoeg plek om veilig te parkeren. Hele mooie omgeving die net buiten de drukte van de stad is. Laat inchecken was mogelijk en de reactietijd van Marjen was heel snel. Smetteloos appartement met 2 goede slaapkamers met goede bedden en airco zowel boven als in de woonkamer. Prijs kwaliteit helemaal in orde. Bedankt!

Het appartement was, door de uitleg van Sander, makkelijk te vinden. Er was een uitstekend contact en we voelden ons direct welkom.Het appartement was brandschoon en is modern ingericht. Het is een heerlijk rustige omgeving. Helaas was het nog te koud om te zwemmen. Mooi uitzicht aan beide kanten. Ook heerlijk zijn de schuifdeuren naar een mooi groot en goed ingericht terras met een leuk uitzicht op de golfbaan en omgeving. Heerlijke bedden, complete keuken, uitstekende wifi en het golf resort is goed beveiligd en mooi verzorgd. Vanuit het resort zijn stranden en steden makkelijk bereikbaar. We waren hier 4 weken. We komen graag nog een keer terug.

Alojamiento de 10 con todas las comodidades de una casa. Nos dejaron agua y café, además de champús y jabón para la ducha. Los alrededores de la urbanización eran preciosos y había una cafetería para desayunar. Playa a 5min caminando. Además, Sara estuvo pendiente de nosotros por whats App durante todo el tiempo que estuvimos. Repetiríamos sin duda.

The apartment was very relaxing and comfortable. The beach was minutes away via foot. Lots of shops and restaurants on the doorstep. Very nice central location. Rooms were spacious and the decor was tasteful and appealing. Bright and airy apartment. The transfer offer was really helpful and appreciated too, made everything very easy.

Sehr schönes Apartment. Beim ersten Schritt in die Wohnung, wie zuhause gefühlt. Man hat alles was man braucht und mehr als genug Platz, egal ob in der Wohnung oder auf der zweistöckigen Terrasse. Ein Grill wäre für die Zukunft noch praktisch, damit man es sich zu den Abendstunden gute gehen lassen kann mit wunderbaren Ausblick auf den Pink Lake. Gerne werden wir beim nächsten Alicante Besuch, diese Unterkunft buchen.
