Accommodation according to the photos on the other hand the beach is far away , you always have to take the car to get around 4km) the beaches around are not passable. The place overlooked a huge parking lot , not great as seen! I wasn't expecting that. Therewas work in the apartments next door so chainsaw noise, (not Javier's fault) but very inconvenient! Overall quite dilapidated place, '80s building, broken terraces around buildings , slippery floor beware of slips when there is rain (April/May stay) no communication with Javier, video sent on the mobile to explain the check-in! Attention no French channels! No interest to me in coming back ...

Apartment was like shown. Clean and in a perfect condition. Owner is very friendly and helpful, would stay again, thank you for having us.

We really enjoyed the stay, the development is very comfortable and the beach is a 10-minute walk away and it's a very good beach. There are good restaurants to walk to and the children have enjoyed both the paddle tennis court and the soccer court. We'd like to repeat!

Our stay at Jome Stays was just great! The place was perfectly located – super central, so you could easily walk to everything. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Particularly noteworthy is the great service: There was always someone available, and we received a direct answer to questions. This gave us an additional feeling of comfort and security. We felt completely comfortable and can fully recommend Jome Stays!

Got a fantastic welcome. Hana met us in person, showed us around the apartment and made local recommendations, including informing us about street markets that were Sundays and Wednesdays that are worth a look. The apartment is 2 minutes from the beach, and also has a shared pool that was quiet and peaceful. The two bathrooms were great, one was newly renovated before we arrived. We were there at the end of May, and the temperature and weather were fantastic!

We was absolutely happy by being Patrick’s guests! Friendly, responsive owner who gives the most detailed information. Fully equipped and clean apartment, great location and beautiful view, what else you can wish?! Beach is just 5-7 min. away, many cafes and restaurants nearby. I recommend to ask Patrick for suggestions if you prefer to try out the local cuisine. You will get everything you need in everyday needs, including dishwasher, washing machine, water filter, oven, towels, bedding, shopping bag and other small things. We was appreciated Patrick propose to meet us in Airport, because you may be confused if you are first time in Alicante. El Campello is a small town between Alicante and Benidorm, perfect for a family holiday. The beaches are not crowded, the sea shallow where you will be at peace for your children. Highly recommended! We will definitely stay again here, next time visiting El Campello.

Top apartment that is equipped with all comforts. It was clean, on the beach (incl. chairs and parasol), parking garage included and a nice host. It gave the opportunity to have a nice breakfast and lunch in the apartment, but there is also enough to do that outside the door when you walk out the door. A nice clean bathroom with also the possibility to do laundry, a nice kitchen with everything you need, and the bed was wonderful. Also a nice balcony where you can sit.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was excellent — very quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to the beach. Maria was incredibly friendly and helpful. She took the time to explain everything in detail. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended! ☺️

Dani's apartement was fantastic, in a great location with sea views as stated and just 50m from the beach. The apartment had everything we needed (with one minor exception - a couple of sun loungers on the balcony would make it perfect!). All in all I wouldn't hessiate to recomend this as a super place to stay in Guardamar.

We stayed 2 weeks at Sophie’s apartment and we would love to stay longer if our vacation could be longer and definitely we will return next time! 1. The apartment is exactly like it is describe, next to beach with sea view, it’s simply so relaxing sitting on the balcony watching the sea. Apartment itself is clean and well maintained, we had everything what we need - for us, for our dog and for our baby. And the parking is closed so you don’t need to worry about the safety. 2. The highlight of our stay is the super friendly host! Sophia and her husband are so nice and welcoming and attentive, welcoming when we checked in, fast reply whenever we had questions, provided so much information we found helpful and always there to help! 100% recommend when you visit Alicante!

The accommodation was exactly like in the photos and felt very comfortable. Having breakfast on the balcony with a sea view was a highlight every day. The area around the house is beautiful and well-maintained, and there's direct access to a lovely, quiet pebble beach. If you want to explore Alicante and other places along the Costa Blanca, it's a good idea to rent a car like we did. The host was very friendly and always responded quickly to any questions. We would definitely come back!

I stayed here for a couple of months. It's a beautiful apartment in a stunning and peaceful setting. The apartment is really spacious and very well equipped with a wonderful terrace and stunning views out over the sea. There is a great little shop next door. The apartment is only a couple of minutes from the tram into El Campello/Luceros/Benidorm. And just a minute further to the bars/restaurants and the cove with its secluded little beach. Great host who was super helpful and responsive.

Marina’s accommodation was just beautiful inside and outdoors around the complex area,with access to the pools,gym etc it was just what we needed .Lovely surroundings and lots of people coming and going around us but still quite and peaceful.Area itself is lovely and what we needed .supermarket right at your door step and some restaurants etc .shopping centre 10/15 walk away Apartment itself is just lovely and so clean and had all we needed ,your own private balcony and rooftop terrace also ,we could go on and on about the accommodation,area,marina and her daughter just everything was worth the money and we would 100 percent recommend and we will be back c

We were 4 people who rented this apartment for a week. The apartment was very neat and modern, with good amenities such as a swimming pool and a short walking distance to the beach. The host was very friendly and made recommendations on everything from nearby restaurants to grocery stores to do weekly shopping. Here you get a lot for the money and it is definitely a place to recommend!

Mayte a wonderful host. Prepared to help since we hired, and very helpful in helping us. Very friendly at the reception. And the place, the best view imaginable. Very comfortable, well-equipped. The urbanization, of a family nature, quiet. Great pool, very well maintained grounds. Unbeatable surroundings, the beach at the door. And the service staff, the doorkeepers and others, very attentive also to help. We would very much like to go back.

The apartment is perfect for 2 people, wonderful views of the beach and sea. Expansive blue flag beach, 2 min walk, many restaurants and bars nearby. Very well equipped kitchen. Welcoming host met us on arrival. The apartment is also very near to bus and tram stops so going to central Alicante is very easy. Nice shower too! Good communication throughout.

Great location - super quiet, but only a 5 minute downhill walk to the beach and a row of restaurants and little shops. We ate out every evening. Spacious & modern apartment with a lovely outdoor area. Pool was a good size and really quiet. Great welcome by Jonas’ parents. Great communication by Jonas leading up to our stay. I’d recommend hiring a car if you want to get about as we found booking taxi’s quite hard work! Overall, would highly recommend! We travelled with two children and we had everything we needed.

This was the best equipped Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The owners had thought of everything. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with stylish furniture. Our flight was early and we were able to get in to the apartment early too. The underground carpark was great too. The south facing balcony was superb and very private. The apartment block was quiet too. Walkable to restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Also 5 minute drive to 3 different golf courses. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it !
