Mit dem Kulkwitzer See liegt außerdem der älteste und sauberste See des Leipziger Neuseenlands direkt vor der Tür. Mit dem Rad sind es nur 7 Minuten dorthin. Räder gibts bei uns zur kostenlosen Leihe. Dank des Bahnhofs in Laufdistanz (3 Min.), seid Ihr innerhalb von 15 Minuten am HBF Leipzig. Die Wohnung verfügt über Schlafzimmer, Küche, Bad und Wohnzimmer. Alles voll ausgestattet.

Herzlich Willkommen in unserem Beachhouse am Goitzschesee. Das Haus hat insgesamt 5 Wohnungen, welche alle in 2024 neu renoviert und hochwertig ausgestattet wurden. Die angezeigte Wohnung hat rund 80 Quadratmeter aufgeteilt in 2Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer mit bequemen Schlafsofa, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Badezimmer mit begehbarer Dusche. Zudem bietet der Balkon einen entspannten Rückzugsort. Der Garten kann mitbenutzt werden und lädt zu idyllischen Grillabenden ein. :-)

Haus Sonnenschein am Gröberner See

My accommodation is located in the municipality of Muldestausee in the district of Gröbern. Gröbern is a small place with 800 inhabitants. In 10 minutes you can reach the Gröberner See, which invites you to swim and relax. There you can rent bicycles, sub s, boats and fins for a fee in the forest resort. By bike you can explore the entire area from Wörlitzer Gartenreich to Goitzsche. Leipzig and Halle are not far either. The new outlet center FOC can be reached in 25 minutes.

Our cozy cottage SEElig is located on a 700 m² lake plot with exclusive private beach, sauna and fireplace and offers fantastic panoramic views over the Mühlfeldsee. Spread over 2 floors and with a living area of 90 m², on the ground floor you will find the first of two bedrooms, the modern bathroom with walk-in real glass shower, as well as the cozy living and dining area (including small cozy corner for our small guests) with fireplace and open kitchen.

Our vacation home is located 12 km south of Lutherstadt Wittenberg. The old house, about 90 m², was lovingly renovated by us and the character was largely preserved. On the lower floor there is a kitchen-living room with seating for 6 people, a bathroom with bathtub and a living room. On the upper floor there are two separate bedrooms and a toilet. The house is on the same property as our house, so we are available to answer any questions.

Kick back and relax in our calm, stylish space. In just a few steps you can reach the sandy beach, which invites you to bathe and swim. The apartment has two stand-up paddles that can also be used. You can easily explore Lake Goitzsche and adjacent lakes by bike. A dream for nature lovers! The apartment complex is still in the development phase. We would like to point out possible impairments.

In addition, our stylish "Barsch" camper can be booked for 3-4 additional people.

The vacation region at Lake Goitzsche is popular and growing steadily. More vacation homes will be built in the residential area of our vacation home. Gastronomic facilities and a small port are also planned. On weekdays, there may therefore also be impairments. We ask you to take this into account when planning your vacation.

Built around 300 years ago, the schoolhouse was extensively renovated and lovingly furnished by 2022. Individual accents make up the charm of the "Old School" and ensure a special feel-good atmosphere. The historical character of the house is reflected in small details and meets a modern and upscale interior.
