Accommodation features an open-plan kitchen and sitting room and first-floor bedroom with shower and WC. Air-conditioning ensures year-round comfort. Fibre optic broadband and Smart TV. Private, south-facing courtyard. Not suitable for children or animals.

This peaceful house offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. 241 m2 of renovated living space, located on the outskirts of the village of Gout-Rossignol, not overlooked or semi-detached. A 1000 m2 wooded plot with a 10x5 m saltwater pool. Children's games (cabin, rope bridge, climbing wall, slide etc). Free access to a tennis court adjacent to the house. Open barn with ping pong table and 6 bikes available. The house is equipped for 14 people, linens and towels provided.

We are pleased to host you in our recently renovated barn, offering stunning views of the Dronne and the bridge mill, from where you can practice hiking, mountain biking, canoeing, angling, boat rides, swimming... Less than a kilometer away, the village of Tocane offers all amenities. Between Brantôme, Périgueux and Ribérac, you can discover the rich heritage, colorful markets and many summer festivals according to your desires.

Lodge on the water in Dordogne

A floating lodge, lost in the middle of a private pond in the middle of nature. Here, no neighbors, no noise, just water, calm and koi carp gliding beneath your feet. Equipped with every comfort: double bed, sofa bed, kitchen, terrace, barbecue, video projector with Netflix/Prime, satellite wifi. Access by electric motorboat. No swimming, no fishing: just the pleasure of slowing down.

A pretty cottage set in a water mill, it is ideal for a couple, but can also accommodate a family of up to 4 people. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchenette, and use of the swimming pool during the summer months, and for the winter months we have a pellet stove in the main living area, and a radiator in the bedroom upstairs. The bathroom has a heated towel rail.
