Ideally situated on the bank of the River Vézere in the pre-historic area known as the 'Vallée de L'Homme' between the fascinating town of Les Eyzies and market town of Le Bugue. To explore the area we offer FREE use of mountain bikes and a kayak*, there is direct access to the river and a 12km cycle path. The Vézère Valley in the heart of the Dordogne hosts pre-historic caves & magnificent castles. We are a five minute drive of Le Bugue and within half an hour of Les Eyzies, Sarlat and Lascaux.

Rare and atypical, this house is my treasure! ⚠️2 adorable cats are to be fed during your stay. Very grateful to the hosts, they sometimes bring back "gifts" (birds, voles) that are not always appreciated by humans!!! Please remember to bring your sheets, comforter cover and pillowcases.
