Mysig ruffig husbåt med 2 rum och kök i trendiga Ringön som ligger bara en hållplats från Skandinaviens största köpcentrum Nordstan. Båten är under konstruktion under hösten 25 kommer en del målning och upprustning ske, ÖVERSEENDE UPPSKATTAS. Dessutom finnes AppleTV Samt lite tv spel för regniga dagar. Uteplats med grill finnes.
