Cozy, shabby houseboat with 2 rooms and kitchen in trendy Ringön, which is only one stop from Scandinavia's largest shopping center, Nordstan. The boat is under construction in the fall of 2025, some painting and refurbishment will take place, OVERSEAS ESTIMATED. In addition, there is AppleTV as well as some video games for rainy days.
