Built with ecological materials and with own hands, the house is located on the foothills of Giebułtów, from where there is a spectacular view of the Mirsk valley, Świeradów-Zdrój, and on clear days, Śnieżka. The facility has two separate rooms on the mezzanine, a bathroom, an open living room with a kitchen and a stove to warm up on colder days. We offer a wood-fired sauna on request, and a bonfire area (charged additionally). Guests have at their disposal peace and quiet ad libitum.

Auf Wunsch können Sie gemeinsam mit unseren Eseln die nähere Umgebung erkunden. Gern können Sie unsere "Eselterasse" für gemütliche Grillabende nutzen.

Das familienfreundliche Ferienhaus mit Ofen und separater Heizung liegt ruhig auf einem 350 qm Grundstück am Waldrand. Das Haus liegt an einer Sackgasse, sodass Kinder auch vor dem Haus spielen können. Der Rosenhof mit Spieleland und Pferden auf den Koppeln ist fußläufig in ca. 5 min. zu erreichen.
