The cottage is a newly renovated cottage in the middle of meadows and forests above Krásná Lípa. On the ground floor of the house, you will have an entrance room with seating, equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom and hallway. On the 1st floor, there are 2 bedrooms (1st bedroom for 2 people, 2nd bedroom for up to 4 people), and a bathroom. In the attic of the house, the 3rd bedroom for up to 4 people. There is a beautiful garden with a swimming pool, a panoramic sauna with a cooling barrel and a heated barrel, two seating areas, a grill, a grassy playground, a pond, parking for up to 3 cars.

You can relax on a spacious terrace overlooking the beautiful countryside. The cottage is an ideal place for an active holiday, romantic stays or quiet escapes from the hustle and bustle of the city. Great location for hiking, cycling and cross-country skiing.

Hand-built cabin +private sauna | Mountain getaway

The house is located on Giebułtowa Hill, which offers a spectacular view of Mirsk, Świeradów-Zdrój, and – on clear days – Śnieżka. The property is approximately 45 square meters and features two separate bedrooms on a mezzanine, a half-timbered bathroom, an open-plan living room with a kitchen, and a cozy wood-burning stove for warmth on colder days. We offer a wood-fired sauna and a fire pit area (for an additional fee). Guests can enjoy peace and quiet ad libitum. We also offer a digital detox. There is no Wi-Fi;-)

There are also mountain lakes with beautiful beaches in the area.

It's the perfect place for recreation. You have the opportunity to fire an oven. The design concentrated on wood. To create a warm and cozy feeling.

Vacation with family and friends With much love, the original condition of the listed Umgebinde house from 1825 was restored. The two-story house can accommodate up to 11 people. In the old block parlor is the fully equipped kitchen and the cozy room with tiled stove. In addition, there is a large room for approx. 30 people. The natural garden with orchard can be used for barbecuing and relaxing. A ping pong table is available.
