It was a really nice stay! Very quiet and calming!

Beautiful place in nature, tree house was very cozy and comfortable. Perfect for a weekend for a family with children, we also had a dog. I can imagine being there by myself and taking a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. I felt so good there. It's great that the kitchen and bathroom even if it's next to the cottage is private and belongs to you. We also enjoyed the sauna and hot bath outdoors. The property is right next to the forest and meadow and we had a lovely walk all the way to Germany. There was great communication with Zuzana and with the lady who was right there. Thank you so much for the types of restaurants and delicious food in the area, we will be sure to come. I'm excited and give maximum points for the overall experience and beautiful place. Thank you. We had a very nice time in a very nice, spacious, clean and fully equipped apartment. Communication with Andrzej was excellent. Small downside: accommodation itself does not have a spa, it is in the hotel next door and must be paid, gym was not possible because only for hotel guests

Nice, accommodating family! A big plus: the ski slope right outside the front door.

In addition, a place to stay with a relaxing atmosphere is located in a quiet, nature-occupied place. After opening the door to the apartment, I thought I would have liked to live in a place like this. We found everything we needed in the space, from coffee to hair dryer. Everything was clean and tidy. Host Zuzana was responsive and responded quickly to messages and questions. We also used the saunas, where we especially appreciated the opportunity to enjoy a private sauna experience in two. We had our almost 14-year-old female with us, who was welcome here, even after a very cuddly cat belongs to the house. Thank you so much for a beautiful rest in a place that has its genius loci.

We booked the house with the big family over Easter and it was a perfect time! The large table in the living area offers space for everyone, the oven had heated the floor warm after a short time. Wood is included and abundantly available. The table tennis table was permanently occupied, outside you can also sit comfortably in a large group. The property is fenced, good for dog owners! Everyone felt immediately comfortable, no frills in the house but instead lots of charm and character.

A very nice apartment in a great location to the old town. Car is in the yard in the parking lot. Very quiet and in our case a huge balcony. Everything great!

Outside by the campfire we cooked a delicious winter stew, inside everyone sat around the fireplace, playing games chatting and laughing. I recommend this property. Apartment 4, where we were with 4 people, is really big. Huge living room with kitchen, separate bedroom, bathroom, hallway. The bathroom had towels, a hair dryer, a washing machine for 3.5 kg load, a bowl, and a stool for children. In the kitchen there is a double induction hob, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, dishwasher cubes, cloth, sponge, dish soap, dustpan, tableware, etc. Stools and 4 chairs on the terrace. We were in New Year's Eve and I'll say it was hot in the property to the point that we had unscrewed heaters. In the living room, there is a huge couch that is 1.6m x 2m when unfolded. The apartment also had a vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, clothes dryer, etc. There is amazing contact with the host, responds quickly to messages, answers the phone, she is very helpful at check-in.

Just perfect for Mountainbiker and fans of the Singletrek! The cottage is big enough for 2 person, the location great. Martin is a good host, but keep in mind: communication is only possible in Czech. There is a friend who can speak an excellent german for german speaking guests.

It was our second stay already and we have enjoyed our week there a lot.

The house is wonderfully quiet and very comfortably equipped. Five of us spent a very cozy week there, cooked, chilled and tried the available excursion tips. The house was very clean. Access through the neighbors worked out very well. Communication with Kathrin was very nice and above all immediately. We can recommend the area and especially the house without hesitation.

Absolutely recommended even with a larger number of people. Everything necessary was available and also functional! A surprise was the coffee machine, which only takes capsules. We were not prepared for this - the gift, however, solved the problem 😉 great start for excursions to Bohemian Switzerland, you can also go out for a reward meal very well around the corner 👍 Highly recommended 👍 👍 👍

Since we are already well versed in Görlitz, the surroundings and also the accommodation were clear. It was therefore easily accessible directly to the street. Key access from the key box was problem-free and easy. The kitchen was well equipped even though we hardly had to use it. The loft was anciently furnished but had charm. The bathroom is cozy and modern. The parking in front of the building was particularly pleasant, so you didn't have to search forever. We were very pleased and would certainly stay there again. Thank you for the hospitality and the cozy accommodation over the holidays.
