Anjali is an amazing host - super responsive, so kind, and really willing to go the extra mile for her guests! The beds were very comfortable, hot water was great and instant, and the tv in the living room was amazing quality and huge! Having the washing machine was clutch. We did have some issues that Anjali helped us through, like lack of ac in the living room, and frequent power cuts - however that’s an issue with the whole area and there is a backup generator so everything but ac continues to work. The society is a little further away from restaurants and activities than I predicted, but it is very serene and peaceful, and convenient for the BIEC.

We stayed at this beautiful property for 6 days, and honestly, there’s nothing to point out as a downside—everything was simply perfect. The place is serene, surrounded by nature, with friendly people and lovely animals around the farm. My parents and our pet absolutely loved the peaceful walks around the property, accompanied by the soothing sounds of birds and the rustle of trees. The caretaker, Bhanu, was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. We also had the pleasure of meeting the host, Soumya, on a couple of days and had some wonderful conversations about the eco-friendly and sustainable approach of both the farm and the house. Though we were initially a bit skeptical about the lack of air conditioning—especially since we were traveling with a pet in mid-summer—not once did we feel the need for it. The climate around the property remained pleasant and comfortable throughout our stay. We are looking forward to visit again soon 😁

It was absolutely great. From the moment we walked in, it felt like home. The space was peaceful, quiet and spotlessly clean. it gave us a sense of comfort and warmth.

Spacious and comfortable guest house. Highly recommended especially if you are looking for a cozy place for family to stay. The host Mr. Dhanush is an excellent person. He takes every step to ensure you have a good stay. The room is in bangalore Honnavar Highway and everything is accessible with 10 mins walk. There a lot of food options and you can swiggy/zomato anything here.
