Everything I hoped and wished for our stay was like the pictures and details! It was a gorgeous home, the bedrooms were comfy and spacious. The kitchen was massive and so perfect for a big group, the backyard with the pool was so beautiful and like a little oasis! It was the perfect distance to downtown, not too far. Such a good stay, definitely will be back!

Beautiful clean house in a great neighborhood. Great location, there is a lot to do and see within a short drive. Host was very welcoming and very responsive to our questions. Highly recommend this house.

Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful condo in Seabrook Island! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The unit was exactly as described—clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Lecian was a wonderful host—warm, responsive, and attentive. She promptly answered all our questions and made communication a breeze. We appreciated the thoughtful welcome gesture: a snack basket and a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived—such a pleasant surprise! We had planned to grill one evening but noticed the gas tank was nearly empty. Lecian wasted no time and had a replacement tank delivered the very same day. She also graciously offered us a late checkout on our departure day, which was very much appreciated. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the Beach Club. We enjoyed taking the provided bicycles on a quick five-minute ride to the club to relax by the pool and dine at Pelicans Nest. Can't wait to return!

I would highly recommend staying at Kerry’s place! We visited for a girls trip and the space was perfect for us. The location is very convenient to be a short drive to beaches and downtown Charleston. Kerry was very responsive and provided clear instructions to find her home and provide recommendations to make us feel welcome. The beds were very comfortable.

We loved our stay at Kevin’s place. He was a very responsive and communicative host- he even sent us over a guide of places before our stay. The house was filled with everything we would need- beach chairs, cooler, towels, etc. The beds were extremely comfortable and the house was beautiful. Located near a grocery store, restaurants, and the beach. Would recommend to anyone for a great stay in Island of Palms!

It’s a very enjoyable set up house. If we do the trip again, I will certainly book this place again. It worked out very well for us. Highly recommended. Great location.

This is our second time back and it was amazing! Perfect spot for a trip with kids - separate den area to play in, clean and comfortable bedrooms, huge pool with ledges around the sides for the littlest ones, and so close to everything we wanted to get to. The kitchen was fully stocked, plenty of pool supplies, and we loved how tucked away in a quiet neighborhood it was. My kids loved that every night they could see the jets flying overhead too. Steven was a wonderful host and we can’t wait to come back again!

Beautiful home and surroundings. 3 couples with personal spaces and large communal spaces to gather. Very comfortable and clean. Recommend Kiss Cafe for breakfast. We also went through Savor Charleston and had Chef Morgan and her assistant prepare and serve a dinner at the house- fabulous food and was relaxing to just enjoy the views and the wonderful home. Highly recommend! It's no wonder their home receives the 5 star reviews!

We had a wonderful stay! House was beautiful, amenities were great, loved the private fenced in yard. Deck was beautiful and nice to sit and relax on at night. Nice bathrooms and kitchen area. Nice lighting throughout the house with big windows. Great central location! Close to the beach, grocery store, and restaurants. So glad we stayed here!

Helga’s place is a 5 star beautiful home! Everything is up to date, clean and comfortable. The house has a great layout and is so pretty. We absolutely loved staying at this home. It’s a very easy walk to the beach. There’s lots of amenities to keep kids busy and it’s a great location. We would love to stay here again!

We had an absolutely lovely time at this beach cottage! We felt right at home. The surroundings are beautiful and the home decor is coastal and cozy. It’s an easy walk to the beach and the outdoor shower made rinsing off a breeze. We loved being on this end of the island - quiet and peaceful. We spent many mornings sitting on the porches drinking coffee. It’s an easy 10 min drive into Folly’s main area (we rented a golf cart for convenience). The hosts were exceptional and were quick to answer any questions we had. Our daughter didn’t want to leave! We can’t wait to return.

Wow. This is an amazing place to stay in Charleston — truly a one-of-a-kind experience! This carriage house is remarkably well done, keeping all of its unique historic character while providing all the needed/desired modern amenities. The neighborhood is so charming, as is the meticulously-kept courtyard garden. We especially enjoyed our time at The Wonderer. It’s a bit of a drive, but it gave us all the hotel perks we could have wanted while allowing us to enjoy the benefits of our own private space. The owners were so helpful and accommodating, and we loved their guide to the city. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great place for a weekend with the family! We had 3 couples and a baby and more than enough space. Loved how big the living room and kitchen were! Excellent location too — easy drive downtown and to IOP or Sullivan’s. Can’t wait to come back!

We enjoyed our stay for several nights! Can't beat the location & scenery! The inside is just like the photos. The King bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. Short walk out to the beach/ocean. We really enjoyed sitting on the screened porch. We enjoyed eating at the Seacow & Crust pizza place. Crissy is a great host! We will return.

Thank you, Alex. Although our stay was short, it was perfect! This sweet home is in a nice little and safe neighborhood amongst large, beautiful trees and other homes. Love the backyard screened in porch. Easy entry. And, don’t have to worry about taking sheets off bed or taking garbage outside. Alex is very responsive and helpful if you have questions. Shem Creek is a nice waterside area with good food and music. Charleston is an easy drive and fun city. Highly recommend! Thank you!!

Theris’s house was a really lucky last minute find. It was much more luxurious than a typical AirBNB property. Additionally, she was an absolute pleasure to deal with and was super accommodating. Looking to come back each year.

We very much enjoyed staying here! Fiona’s pre-arrival details contained all the information we needed. The place was decorated nicely, very clean, and the toiletries were high quality. The large screen TV, which blended in with the furnishings, had a nice streaming interface. Numerous restaurants are located just half a mile away and you can walk through the neighborhood or drive to get there. I also liked that the quickest route had a sidewalk all the way. We especially liked the Odd Duck Market for breakfast and Southern Roots Smokehouse for dinner. We also appreciated the quick access to I-526 and I-26 to help get us to wedding events at Folly Beach and John’s Island as well as touring Fort Moultrie which were all, even though located south of Charleston, less than 30 minutes away. I also appreciated that an EV Supercharger was located only a few minutes away, too.

Very accommodating home for our 3 families and 4 generations for our 2025 family vacation. Enough privacy within for ourselves as well as the outside community. So convenient to the beach and necessities. Will be back…

We absolutely loved our stay at Live Oak! It checked all the essential boxes. Everything was clean, the host was responsive, and the home was easy to access. Where it really stood out was in the thoughtful design and the details throughout the house. It was exceptionally well stocked and perfect for a family with people of all ages. The furniture, beds, linens, and overall feel of the house were wonderful. It didn’t feel like a typical Airbnb. Even down to the hand soap (which we are all now obsessed with), it was very nice. It truly felt like staying in a beautiful, comfortable home. We especially loved how well the space was used to create extra bedrooms, and the baby room was perfect for our needs. The location was great too. With the golf cart we rented, it was super easy to get over to the beach just a few streets away. We really loved our time here and hope to return to Isle of Palms in the future.

We had a very relaxing time at Crushing on Charleston. The home was beautiful and exactly as depicted in the listing. The pool was great as well and we felt very safe and at home while we were there. Andi and Tom were super attentive and made sure that we had everything that we needed. We had no problems whatsoever and would recommend this lovely home to anyone!
