Very spacious and comfortable place to stay with easy check in and no cumbersome check out rules. Hosts communicated well and we enjoyed our stay! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and it’s easy to get around to Charleston and surrounding islands.

We just got home from a two week stay, and what a luxury to spend two weeks in Julie's Mt Pleasant home. Julie is a thoughtful and generous host, and her home is clean, well appointed and filled with "extras." We have been to Charleston many times, and have stayed in the City, Isle of Palms, and Sullivan's Island but the Village is now my favorite place. It is peaceful and quiet, great for long walks, and an easy drive to the beach on Sullivan's Island or the City for amazing restaurants. But make yourself a cup of coffee and grab a book and sit on her amazing swing and you may not want to leave the house! We will definitely be back again.

This place was great for a young family!! Especially for families with school aged children. Not only did the home provide a clean, safe, and spacious environment. It had activities in the home to engage all family members, not to mention one of the greatest playgrounds we have ever encountered located just across the street. The host was gracious and very responsive. We were very satisfied with our choice. Five stars across the board!!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was incredibly convenient for everything we wanted to do, and the setup was perfect for our two dogs — especially the yard, which gave them plenty of space to run and relax. Brandon was wonderful. Super responsive and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. He even went above and beyond by letting us check in a little early since we were already in the area, which we really appreciated. The only downside was a musty scent in the house that was a bit off-putting when we first arrived. It didn’t ruin the experience by any means, but it was noticeable. Overall, a very positive stay with an attentive and accommodating host. We'd definitely consider booking again!

First time visiting Mt Pleasant, and our host Lori was fantastic and attentive to all of our needs. Our rental was very clean and so cutely decorated with romantic southern charm. We had everything we needed during our stay thanks to Lori. Hopefully on our future trips to Mt. Pleasent she'll have a room available, I'll always check with her first. Needless to say, the location could not have been better, we were so close to everything, grocery stores, restaurants, Patriots point, the beaches...this location has it all. If I could give her a 10/10 here I would!

We had a fantastic time here underneath the beauty of the spreading canopy of live oak trees and great southern coastal scenery. It's perfectly located only a few minutes from great food options and just a short trip to the beach or to downtown. The homeowner even took a little time to welcome us on arrival and give a few recommendations on what to do while in the area. We felt at home as could be during our stay here.

We had a fabulous girls trip at Tamra and Lisa’s place. Wonderful location and atmosphere in N Charleston. Super walkable to park circle. Highly recommend wings at tattooed moose! Easy ride to downtown, around 20 minutes. We loved the backyard - hammocks, hot tub, cornhole! hard to leave some days even to go to King St! The home itself was so beautiful and Tamra and Lisa thought of every single detail to be amazing hostesses. We hope to stay again!

This is a fantastic property that two other friends and I stayed in for a girls weekend (middle-aged so pretty sedate - just to see Charleston!). We were all so pleased with it because although it's a slightly older neighborhood, the owner has done a beautiful job of completely renovating it - spacious, light and airy, the kitchen and baths are wonderful, and he's included so many things I haven't found in other rentals. It's a nice, quiet neighborhood with an easy-to-use gas fire pit, he includes an easy to follow video on how to start it and/or the grill, a nice outdoor covered dining area with TVs throughout the house. Easy to book, great communication before and during our stay, etc. Highly, highly recommend it!

Erin & Gregg we're great hosts! Great communications with lots of details for checking in and check out! Everything was perfect! The home was beautifully decorated and roomy for our family of 8! We walked to the beach each day and used the beach chairs / wagon....very helpful! Neighborhood is quiet and we walked to nearby marina and enjoyed 🐠 ng, food, and shopping for souvenirs. We, four retired guys, were in town for a multi-day event at Patriots Point. Paula’s property is a short drive from there and close to shopping. We enjoyed meals at home, including grilling in the backyard, as we as in the general area, all short drives away. We met Paula on our first day, of six, as she allowed us to check in early while she was finalizing the house for our stay. 5 stars.

We loved our stay! We were traveling with our dog so we wanted something outside of the city where we could relax. The land is relaxing and we were able to get take out and sit outside each night. The hosts are on site, but on the other side so we were able to chat and hear their story. Overall an amazing stay! I highly recommend it if you want a relaxing vacation.

Finding a affordable place to stay to visit Charleston at a affordable price is extremely difficult. That is what I discovered. You can either get scalped downtown paying thousands - maybe a night - for a mediocre hotel, or take a chance to get a vrbo or airbnb close to town and get junk house in a slum neighborhood. I had to go to a wedding. So did other family members. I tailored my search for highest guest ratings and this property came up. Yeah it took 30 minutes to drive to town. but again - anything closer was a slum or a 1000+ a night in town. I was pleasantly surprised. This property is a older ranch in a middle class neighborhood that has been COMPLETELY remodeled - and I mean COMPLETELY. New appliances, new flooring, new paint, the furniture may be original but it was comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and it was easy to travel to the city and easy to get back. My other family members picked a airbnb rental in Mt Pleasant - spent $3000 on a dump.

Debbie's home is the perfect place to unwind and plenty of walkable places in area. PC is literally a 5 minute walk to any type of restaurant you can imagine! My favorite spot and my dog too was sitting on the back porch surrounded by beautiful landscape bushes, trees and listening to the birds was a plus too! Debbie went out of her way each day making sure we were comfortable and can say we truly experienced what Southern Hospitality is about! Definitely will be back!

Micheal was very quick to respond and the house was very nice. Not far from stuff to do, great places to eat within 20 minutes. The WiFi is pretty slow so it’s hard to do a lot on a computer or phone but it’s not impossible, just something to think about if you need to work at all on vacay. I thought the house was very cute and cozy. Me and my wife had fun!
