Stay was comfortable. Host was very responsive 1. arranged water can on request 2. cleaned house when we extended our stay 3. prepared house as given in listing the place 1. peaceful green surroundings 2. we had a car so was easy to get around accessibility there are uneven surfaces and steps in entry so young kids and those with accessibility requirements should consider this when booking.

overall amazing stay! far away from the buzz of Calangute but not too far away if we wanted to roaming around! will definitely visit again.

We were hosting a family reunion of 16 adults ranging from 65/85 yrs old The 8 en suite bedrooms and a staff of 3 made our stay very comfy. Pankaj the caretaker was always around to handle our queries, and Chef Anup did an amazing job catering to all our meals, including a fab barbecue. We’d definitely recommend this villa for a large get together.

Oma Koti is nestled in the village of Majorda and is probably the best get away from bustling lives. What I loved the most about the place is that: 1. The villa has its own essence. It is carefully curated, and has the perfect blend of nature and art. It's is very much soothing and comforting. 🤍 2. Zak, the host is a gentleman and makes you feel safe and like a home. He adds warmth to that place. He genuinely takes efforts to make sure that guests enjoy the stay. ☺️ Overall, our experience at Oma koti was very pleasant and we definitely look forward to being Zak's guest again in future. 😁 PS: Place has a bonus point for dog lovers. All the dogs are well trained and very friendly.🐶💕

Our stay was only booked for 4 nights initially but we extended our trip with two children for another 3 nights as the place was so comfortable and clean. John and Johnita were kind, friendly and generous hosts who went out of their way to help us where they could , whether that be lifts or recommendations. Drinking water is also provided. The apartment was spotless, with two messy children and lots of wiping the floor, the cloth would always be clean, no dust or dirt. Highly recommend this apartment for families or anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay.

Our stay at the open house was one of the finest Airbnb experiences of all. The space was tastefully done, clean withe kindest and the most proactive host. location pretty central and accessible. Would highly recommend for a weekend getaway or a longer creative break.

We had a wonderful stay at Amrapali’s Airbnb. The caretaker, Dipu, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The villa was wonderful and perfectly met our needs. Daily housekeeping kept everything fresh. It was better than staying at a hotel!

I stayed here with my family and I appreciate Clyde's responsiveness and clear instructsions. He had the place spotless cleaned with all the amenities. The living room AC is a little old and dust clogged which requires servicing (had stopped couple of times) but as assured by Clyde he will take care of that. Host was not pushy, gave enough space and time for everything and was always a phone call away. There was a problem with water in the society my stay was located for which Clyde was regularly checking on the update with me and the maintenance team with the same until resolution. I highly appreciate the clear communication from Clyde. The rooms were good and tidy and bathrooms were in good condition too. Overall extremely satisfied with my stay here. Highly recommend.

Rukmani is very helpful. I had a. One year old with me , She guided me as to what I can carry with me to prepare for her. What kitchen items are available that can be hellful for me.i requested an early check in. She managed to keep the place ready before we arrived. Felt very homely. My daughter enjoyed the pool and the place. She had enough space to move around and play. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place that’s homely safe and private.

Everything about the place was fantastic—truly outstanding. There were just a few electricity issues from time to time, but the inverter took care of that. It would also be great to have cleaning services available for longer stays.

Basappa was very friendly, cooperative and property is very good, it is worth the money. Recommended stay near to Candolim beach.

Nice cozy place, well built, with all the amenities and comfort. the place will make feel at home. It has a good view looking out into the jungle and some small hills. Loved the stay.

A very tastefully and aesthetically set up apartment, very comfortable stay, as every amenity was so thoughtfully provided, nothing one wants was missing, hygienic and the staff who cleaned the apartment as well as the attendants of villa very accomodating and well behaved, a lovely pool and not to miss the lovely, warm and caring hosts who were always ready to help. Daily provisions like veggies and groceries available at 100 mts, good restaurants near by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there .

Our stay at Stepny’s place was absolutely perfect! The home was spotless, exactly as shown in the pictures, and had a warm, welcoming vibe. Stepny is an amazing host. She's responsive, engaged, and always ready to help. She even assisted us with a bike rental, making our trip smooth and hassle-free. The location is fantastic, with the market just a short walk away, so getting anything we needed was super convenient. Plus, both Ashwem and Mandrem beaches are nearby, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing beach getaway. One of the highlights of our stay was the adorable furry companions - two friendly cats and a sweet dog that made the place feel even more like home. Overall, our experience went beyond expectations. Now, I have complete peace of mind knowing that whenever I visit Mandrem, Stepny’s place will always be my first choice. Highly recommend!

Great place and Great host. Place is super clean and the best part of this place is it's swimming pool it's amazing.

A very spacious apartment with huge rooms. Fully furnished. TVs in both the bedrooms and a huge one in the living/dining room. Compact kitchen with every item of equipment, utensil, crockery and cutlery. Fridge, washing machine. Above all, great hosts! Pramod's mother is a kind, warm, gracious lady who made me and my teenaged daughter and son feel at home. She was literally at our beck and call, coming over as soon as we called her for any little thing. Thank you ma'am! And finally, value for money. I got it at off-season rates, but this place would be worth every paisa at twice what I paid. The icing on the cake is the free parking on the premises for one vehicle, plus space on the roadside on the opposite side for a couple more if you are traveling in a group. Highly recommended!

The thing I miss the most after coming back from Goa is the stay! It was perfect for my friends and me. We were impressed with all the pintresty things done in the house like the little stickers on the switches that identifies exactly what the switch is for. We love Bob & Kevin (outdoor plants) who had plenty of drinks thanks to the rain. The place was peaceful and not to mention Nimish as a host was extremely sweet, welcoming and did an absolute fantastic job at maintaining the place, from cleaning it every alternate day to changing the sheets himself. We loved the stay and the host to such an extent that we don't have to look elsewhere when visiting Goa again! Thank you Nimish ❤️

It was our second stay at Nishant’s place and I must admit that every time we fell in love more than the previous one. The place is peaceful yet surrounded by great restaurants and cafés. Walkable distance to beach and mesmerising sunset point. Would surely come back again.

Hema has maintained the place very well, location is good too. She is a great host, always ready to help. Anyone visiting North Goa should stay here..

Ritu is a great host and very helpful. accommodation was clean and good easy check in. host is very responsive.. she helped us in every possible way also she allowed for early check in since we were there around 10.30 . overall it was a peaceful and pleasant experience will recommend this property to others

Dr.Ransley was responsive always. His property was good for couples, his place was neat. Good location, lots of places surrounding the home. Bike rent and hotels are available at short distance

We burnt our fingers once when we booked on Airbnb in Goa. The place didn't look like anything in the photos and it turned out to be a glorified hostel at a high cost. Ally's place is just right if you want a peaceful stay. It's right there in between to access all the places in the south conviently and it's clean. Parking is not a hassle, the place was spotless, Ally responded quickly to our questions. A pleasant stay!

A lovely apartment that is easy to walk to the beach and all the restaurants. I loved the view over the coconut trees and it was peaceful and Dr Shiyad is a great host.
