I strongly recommend this place. Very attractively designed wooden cottages. Good Swimming pool. Very calm place, far from city's crowd. The cottage is clean and all the essential items are available inside. The owner Mr. Joseph is a gentle man. The staff are very helpful. There is no restaurant inside but there is an arrangement with nearby restaurant that they will home-deliver food on order.

Great place to stay at a great location. Manveer and his family is very helpful and made our 2 day stay very comfortable.

This was my second time to Manveer & Kavita’s place and worth every penny just like my first experience. You are right on a beautiful, pristine, sparsely populated beach to enjoy sunsets,sunrises & swims. Everyone here is very friendly- Manveer, Kavita, David, Chhotu and all others! And they have very trained & friendly pets as well 😊 Do try the cocktails 🍹 and since it’s a restaurant as well so no worries about food too. I obviously prefer the front room for it’s view as soon as you open your door. Loved it and would definitely want to go back ❤️

Paula and I have just had one of the best holidays. We were so well looked after and felt like part of the family. Manveer and his family were outstanding in their hosting. We are already looking forward to revisit. Food was outstanding. Organised collection from the airport. A special memorial Joy who worked in the bar and restaurant superb service.

We celebrated our first anniversary in the enchanting land of Goa, embarking on a six-day adventure that left us with memories to cherish. Our stay at Manveer Kitchen was the highlight of the trip, and I often find myself wishing we could have lingered a little longer in that paradise. The hospitality we experienced was nothing short of extraordinary; the staff treated us like cherished guests, ensuring that every moment was filled with warmth and care. The cuisine was a culinary journey, with each dish crafted to perfection, tantalizing our taste buds and showcasing the rich flavors of the region. The stunning surroundings added to the allure—lush landscapes and breathtaking vistas that seemed straight out of a dream. It truly felt like an exquisite escape, a luxury retreat where every nook and cranny exuded charm and tranquillity.

Manveer was a super friendly host.. The entire staff was lovely and accomodating. Will be coming back again for the hospitality and the view...

We had a great experience staying at Cozy Woods. Our train was delayed so we arrived later than expected, but it was no trouble for the staff at the on site restaurant who were happy to cook a meal for us. Our departure the next day was in the evening but staff looked after our bags, let us use the amenities and booked a tuk tuk to the station for us. I’d highly recommend if you’re visiting Old Goa!

The location was just perfect! The entry into the sea is also the smoothest with no uneven bumps so it makes swimming with Children nice and safe. This place is all about the Beach Life-clean sands and clear waters. Manveer’s bar is always well stocked. Keep an eye out for what is initially offered like free breakfast, water etc. and take screenshots. Many places apparently say you’ll get freebies & then cancel those last minute. But other than that this place was perfect to switch off and rejuvenate. The room right in front of the property is heavenly as it’s bang on the Beach!

I had the most amazing stay in Agonda at Manveers place. The accommodation and location was perfect and the food at Manveers kitchen was delicious! I miss my Pinacoladas at sunset every day and the wonderful staff who made everything about my stay just perfect. Thank you so much! I can’t wait to come back one day soon.

Just got back from an amazing stay at this resort! The place is super chill, and the staff is great. They also have spa treatments and yoga retreats available on request, which was perfect for a relaxing getaway. Definitely recommend checking it out!

This place is peaceful and in the heart of nature. Property is exactly as it is described in the App. Apart from many good things about this property the best thing is the host, Neeraj is really very helpful and by far the very best host i have ever come across.

We had great time at Jay and Sugandha’s home! If you want to experience more like a community feeling rather than just another Airbnb, this place is for you! Jay and Sugandha are very helpful and they go beyond what is expected from the hosts. This place is also great to meet other awesome people. Will definitely come back!

I had a wonderful time sharing Neeraj’s beautiful home. The place is secluded in a peaceful area which helped me to do my work. I was able to go running and do yoga. The food was incredible - fresh vegetarian meals with very little oil - healthy and like nothing I’ve had in India. Neeraj has five lovely dogs, 4 of whom he has rescued from difficult situations. He was so helpful in supporting me with any requests. Highly recommend!
