House vacation rentals in Goa

We 10 members had a wondeful stay at this property . Property amenities is as mentioned in the Photos, we had nice time at swimming pool . Food is the highlight of our stay, Bhagawan is the one who loves to prepare food as per our desire & request. Room maintenenace is also very good, except the first floor last ( Big size) room Airconditioning . It makes noice and not able to generate the enough chillness. AC service to be done. We are sure in our next visit also we will prefer stay in this property only.

It was a great property with plenty of space. Large pool and air conditioning in all rooms. Great restaurants in walkable distance. Would recommend for big groups and families. The service is also quick and the management team is always responsive.

Enjoyed the stay Thanks to our Host Praveen who was quick in responding. The place is very clean and homely We had a couple of problems with the Air conditioner and Wi-Fi to which Praveen responded immediately and were resolved instantly. Great Place…Great Host… Would love to stay again.

We had an amazing time at this property. Caretakers Manoj & Pramod were always at our service whenever we needed them. The property itself is beautiful & definitely one where you’d want to come back. We spent a lot of time at the villa, which tells you how much at home we felt here. Kudos to everyone involved. Loved it!

The Villa was beautifully decorated and was very spacious. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We had an extra couple of guests staying with us who happened to be India at the same time and that was handled very efficiently. Any questions we had were answered within minutes. The villa was cleaned daily which I had never had in any other Airbnb. The beach was 30 minutes walk via a couple of routes which I enjoyed doing every day. We occasionally used a taxi and they were very easy to come by. There are plenty of great eating places both around the beach and more local to the villa. Dunes on the beach was our favourite place to visit for drinks and/or food. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit.

Villa was nice.. We had a wonderful stay at the villa in Assagao. Nestled in a quiet, lush neighborhood, the property perfectly blends Goan charm with modern comforts. It’s my second time booking a property with Basappa, and let me tell you everything is sorted at the property. - Cleaning lady comes and cleans almost everyday. You’re not disturbed. - The beach and pool are right there - Plenty of eateries; Basappa will share some numbers with you if needed - The patio is a great place to sit and unwind Overall no complains, and I’m probably going to keep coming back here for the rest of my life. The location is perfect right in the heart of Silom, making it easy to find and well-connected to everything you need. Craig's place is absolutely stunning! The backyard river is magical and creates such a peaceful atmosphere. Shankar was incredibly helpful throughout our stay and made everything seamless. The property is beautifully maintained and the location is perfect for unwinding. Parking is a bit tight, but we had no issues fitting our Creta SUV with careful maneuvering. We had a fantastic stay at Vila Pinheiro, Goa — it was a perfect family getaway! The villa is absolutely stunning and gave us a true feeling of luxury and comfort. Honestly, it felt like we were living in a palace. The rooms are huge, the bathrooms are spacious, and the way the villa is constructed keeps the temperature pleasantly cool indoors, even in the Goan heat. Our 2-year-old daughter had the best time splashing around in the pool and jacuzzi — it was a joy to watch her have so much fun. The lush plants around the villa added to the beauty and calmness of the place. Cozy beds, well-designed kitchen and dining areas, and a relaxing outdoor space — everything was top-notch. Located right in the heart of Calangute, it was easy to get around, yet the villa itself felt like a peaceful retreat. A big thanks to the caretaker and host, Ashok, for being so warm, helpful, and making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. This place is worth every penny.

It's a really good place. We were 11 adults in total. We are all family and really enjoyed the space and breakfast they offered. We all really loved the space and definitely suggested.. The host is very helpful for guiding and proactively suggested for our questions. Overall 10/10

It was an amazing stay here.. Wish we could have planned out our stay here for some more days. The Bay Talpona is a fixed place to stay now whenever we come here the next time. Dharman himself is a very courteous , warm and a lovely person.. From organising the whole stay, making us comfortable and also giving us a lovely decoration for our Anniversary , Dharman did it all for us, taking back the most cherishable memories from the Bay Talpona.. ❤️❤️

Zak is one of the best hosts I've communicated with, now wonder he's such a good superhost, always available on call and text. The place is exactly how it looks in the photos, it is clean, homely, calm and pretty. Zak has been helpful in recommending restaurants and helped in any query we had. Special mention to the dogs though....King-Kong, Kulfi and Pupu are absolute cuties. 100% recommended to stay in South goa. Will visit this place again for sure.

good place if you are looking for a beach front house. the beach and surroundings are very peaceful and private. the beach itself is cleanest I have seen in goa. the caretaker pappu was always around to help us out.

Chose the place based on the photos seen on the site, and also as it checked most of the boxes for us. I must say that the 3 nights and days spent here by 6 of us and our pet lab were worth every penny and memorable. Sanjay is a wonderful host who was always forthcoming and proactive in communication with us. Hillary the house manager and Angelica the maid were both very aware and responsive to our requirements. The house is very tastefully done and everything worked perfectly. Cleanliness was spot on and all linen/utensils etc were as good as new. The thoughtful gesture of having a lot of wonderful eats/drinks available for consumption was indeed a highlight that speaks volumes about the warmth and care from Sanjay's side. Overall I will highly recommend the property to anyone looking for a large family unit with pet in the quiet south Goa region. Totally worth it!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this villa! There were 9 of us, and everything from start to finish was perfect. The check-in process was seamless, and we were warmly welcomed by the supervisor, Rabin, who was extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The villa itself was beautiful—spacious, well-maintained, and tastefully designed. The private pool was a highlight—surprisingly large and perfect for a group our size. What truly made our experience exceptional, though, were the caretakers, Nitya and Uttam. Their service and hospitality were on another level. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, and their kindness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a relaxing and well-managed getaway. We’d definitely love to come back!

We fell in love with this property. The interior is absolutely beautiful. Everything was well kept and labelled. All the necessary toiletries were provided. The place was absolutely clean. The caretaker Badal was one of the sweetest and the kindest caretaker I have come across. He was very responsive and took care of our needs. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and we will keep coming back whenever we are Goa!
