The hotel and the room was exceptional. The room opened to a pool and a sea view. The hotel staff was extremely warm and the place was aesthetically decorated and well maintained. It was a wonderful experience with exceeded expectations

This place is really wonderful! Oscar and his wife are very welcoming and friendly and helped us wherever they could. You feel directly at home :-) the house is really beautiful and has enough space for everybody. We really enjoyed our stay and can recommend it a 100 %. Thank you for this great vacation !!!

An amazing place to stay if you want to enjoy nature and serene beaches of south Goa. The rooms were very neat and clean. The best part of this stay was its staff (very polite and helpful) Special thanks to Bijaya who went extra mile and allocated the room before the check in time and helped us throughout the stay. The breakfast served was really good. I’d highly recommend.

Very fresh and inviting room just steps from beautiful Mandrem Beach. Loved the Ayurveda treatments and yoga at the beach shala. The staff were kind, and the food at the sea-view restaurant was amazing. Calm vibe with easy access to Arambol and Ashwem. Perfect mix of peace and good energy.

This place was just great. The location was perfect and quite touristy. Infact Vagator beach is just stone's throw away. The Chapora fort as we all know as Dil Chahta Hai fort is visible from the property. The food was just yummy and I would definitely recommend having meals at their restaurant. Overall great place to stay.

Perfect and comfortable stay!

We had planned our stay very last minute and were glad that we chose this beautiful airbnb. The best thing about this place was the staff and their hospitality. Since my wife was pregnant they were taking care of everything and even suggesting what to eat and what not to eat. They helped us in making our stay was comfortable and relaxing. They were always available for all the requirements we had i.e from getting a cab to hiring a scooty. All in all a great experience.

This is a great location and easy walking distance to all of Panjim, several good cafe’s around. The room has a beautiful view and was already equipped with a large fold out bed that comfortably accommodated an adult. It was nice to have free water and room cleaning everyday. We didn’t try the breakfast bc it looked overly spicy and underwhelming. I would recommend this hotel on your next visit, just make sure your timing is good bc the tourists have not yet returned to Goa and the whole town was very very sleepy. Even they are blasting party music but when you walk around try to find it you cannot find anyone. Most of the churches and art galleries were closed multiple days and very few shopping stores available.

Lovely resort right on the beach. Very good food and restaurant. Very comfortable bed. Good balcony with chairs and table outside. Attentive staff who looked after us very well.

Dhruv is a wonderful host. He is constantly on his toes to keep his guests engaged and happy. There were very few occasions when we saw him resting, and even if we did, we are sure he must be thinking and planning his next engaging activity for the guests. Right from checking with us before arrival to our departure Druv was there, not as the owner of the property but seemed like an old friend! We loved the clean and well lit rooms apt for a workation, well equipped with excellent wifi and power backup. delicious homelike food is available for a nominal price here and tea is provided for free ! plus you get to interact with like-minded fellow travellers from all over the world. The backwater area although a part of the property, belongs to a restaurant Urrak. It may not be always convinient to access this area especially when the restaurant is functional. We loved every bit of our stay at Dhruvs place and we highly recommend Acolmeia.

This was my 4th visit to Goa and I have not yet encountered a better luxury stay. The place gives you a homely vibe once you settle in your respective cottage and ah, what do I say about the sea view you see right after waking up! It’s mesmerising! And the place serves awesome food, specially their prawn biryani. The staff will do everything to make your stay a comfortable one. We are certainly going to visit again with a bigger group next time :)

The place was fire! It was greatly maintained, 100% same as the pictures. the Host was Responsive. The room was absolutely clean, comfortable & facilitated. Loved the surroundings and view. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing host. Guides you with all the information about the surroundings and recommendations. The chef makes all your cravings fulfilled. All the tried cuisines were top notch. Property is very beautiful. Had a best time.

Amazing stay

I booked this Cottage stay for my Birthday. After boarding my train i called the owner at night after 9.00 pm, he was humble to answer my call and also share the property's address on my phone. I reached the property at 12.30 PM, the staff at the reception was welcoming and the formalities were done. The cottages looked exactly the way it was shown in the images with all the amenities and a beautiful pool view. Highlights of our stay were : 1) Owner was welcoming and smiling always 2) Food was 5 on 5 stars right from Breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner 3) The staff Babu, Rohan, The head chef, and Shiraaz helped us with the Birthday cake and played music at 12.00 AM in night. 4) The Bed, AC and room were cozy without any disturbance. 5) Location was right in the middle of Calangute, easily accessible to all prime beaches, Baga, Tito's lane, Aguada Fort, Cetc 6) Lastly, i was also allowed to keep my luggage at the reception and the Owner himself saw us off at the time of Check-out. 5 stars !!

Great place which is located in a walkable distance from the beach and the main center. Responsive hosts and helpful staff.

A quiet and beautiful place nestled in the midst of nature. Clean, comfortable and laid back. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would surely like to visit again.

This is my second time staying at Sim’s place. She is responsive and kind. Thanks to Aftab, the caretaker at the place. They are a kind and approachable bunch with a ‘can be done’ attitude.
