Vacation rentals with a patio in Gijón

Beautifully decorated apartment with very luxurious elements to make for a very pleasant stay. The kitchen is well equipped beyond the basics to make for a very comfortable time. The location is next to a children’s park and many local shops and restaurants. The host very helpful and attentive to our needs. Overall à very very nice stay and at a great value for a family. Raquel is very attentive, good communication. The stay was very pleasant, the apartment was very comfortable, clean and tidy, very complete with all the necessary amenities and more, we would repeat.

Carlos is an exceptional person, very good communication with him and he made sure everything was to our liking. He welcomed us with a bottle of cider and some casavielles. The apartment as shown in the photos was impeccable. We travel a lot and stay in many apartments and it is the first time we have found a clean apartment, a clean kitchen, an impeccable bathroom and many details, it is truly appreciated. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area and we were able to rest. You have everything around you: Alimerka, Carrefour Express, pharmacy. It also allows you to be with your dog and comes with a parking space.

David is an excellent host. We arrived later than the agreed time and not only did he NOT have any problems, but he offered us all the amenities in the world. At check-out, since I didn't have any pending check-ins, he offered to let us leave at any time we wanted. He was always available and answered messages very quickly. He advised us on places to visit and places to eat. The apartment is great, everything too. I recommend it!

Fantastic apartment in downtown Oviedo. A few meters from the cathedral, Calle Gascona, etc., the apartment was impeccable, communication with Ruben and his brother was fantastic, they were attentive to us at all times, they gave us directions to restaurants, etc. The apartment is as described in great detail by the host, which we greatly appreciated, if I had to book again in Oviedo I would definitely stay here again.

We spent a month in Ivan's apartment and we really enjoyed it. Firstly, it's convenience - it has an underground parking place (a bit small for a larger car but it's how it is in most of Spain), it has a proper desk and an office chair for work, the internet was reliable and we found everything needed to cook, organise our stuff, etc. Its location is great, especially if you have a dog. There is a park a few steps away, another park 15 minutes away, the beach is 25 minutes walking. There are at least a few groceries shops nearby. The apartment itself was clean, nicely organised and decorated, we felt like at home. Ivan was friendly and responsive, provided some tips and recommendations. I'd highly recommend this place.

Our stay there was unbeatable. The house is full of details, it didn't lack anything! We felt right at home! Marta showed us the house and told us where to eat and what places to see We will be glad to come back!

The house is very good, with everything you need to have a great vacation. We loved the house as well as the location, quiet area,no noise. Important note is that there is no problem parking the car. We will repeat on next visits to Villaviciosa.

A very nice, clean house in the middle of nature. Close to Oviedo and Gijón, a very good location and excellent service from both Andres and his mother who took care of us when we arrived. I would definitely stay here again.

We have been in the house for a week, 4 families with children, and despite being more than the capacity of the house, we have been and we have managed very well. The house has only one bathroom, but outside it has another toilet and shower that helped keep the house from collapsing. Monica is a superhost, always attentive to any need, always available and willing to help and make recommendations for plans, places to visit and where to eat... very grateful and very happy with the vacation at her home!!!

The stay at Casa Paci was very pleasant, the house is in a beautiful and quiet rural area. We really enjoyed the views and the barbecue in the garden. In addition, they also left us food for breakfast and coffee, it was a nice touch. The host was attentive and answered all the questions we had, being flexible to accommodate us. We would love to come back and stay longer!

We were in La Solariega for a few days and it was a wonderful experience. The house is located in a privileged setting, surrounded by nature and with an absolute tranquility that invites you to rest from the first moment. It's the place to disconnect from the noise and connect with the essentials. The house is immaculately equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable and worry-free stay. You can see the affection and care in every detail, from the decor to the utensils available. Everything is designed to make sure you have everything you need. And what about Nadia, the host: attentive, kind and always willing to help. Their hospitality made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Definitely a place we would love to return to. Totally recommended.

A super close and very nice beach, a super comfortable garden, the apartment itself with everything we needed and more, and super clean! It's a 10 out of 10, you couldn't ask for more. The arrival was really good, we were really well received as soon as we arrived with recommendations etc. and the same when we left, really good service. The apartment was super good and clean. God, I like to sleep there. Liliana is a delight, from the moment of confirming the reservation until checkout. We had the crib ready for the baby and the sofacama, gave us directions and recommendations for meals, and went out of his way to take care of us. The place was very quiet, but very close by car to town and beaches. Liliana's puppies are very calm and affectionate. 100% recommended.

Alicia is a great host, she helped us a lot and was super attentive with some personal difficulties we had, nothing to do with the accommodation that is exceptional, clean and very well kept, with a wonderful location. The Casona del Pantano is highly recommended. It is very clean, has everything you need, with very comfortable beds, the garden is very nice with a barbecue and outdoor tables. Iris is always attentive to your comfort and needs. It is very centrally located to enjoy Asturias, which as always never disappoints

Excellent family stay in Avilés. the apartment is super well located in the city center with a very pleasant patio. very good communication with Monica who gives very good advice for visits and for gastronomy. we highly recommend this place.

Celsa was an amazing host! Always reaching out, asking how she could help, came to welcome us into the house and we felt right at home! He mom even made delicious cookies for us!! It was so sweet, we met her dad outside taking a morning walk one day and he was so wholesome. I absolutely recommend this place if you’re with family and want to feel right in the hills of Asturias in an authentic place! It is just about 20 min from both Gijon and Oviedo, which is incredible so you can go for a day visit whenever you want and even have dinner there and then come back in for the night so quickly. It was exactly what we were looking for, I wish we stayed longer and used that beautiful outdoor patio! One thing to notice, which is already in the listing (so no surprises there) is that the flat is on the second floor without an elevator, so if you have mobility issues or carry a lot of bags/heavy strollers, it might be something to consider.
