Vacation rentals with breakfast in Gijón

Beautiful accommodation in a very quiet environment, much better than the photos reflected. It had all the necessities in addition to being spacious and very spacious for 9 guests. Highlight cleanliness throughout the entire house. Eva took care of us from the first moment with the utmost kindness and explaining everything we needed. Definitely highly recommended for the accommodation and by Las Caldas. We went for dinner at El Recreo de las Caldas, restaurant very close, another place to go. Maximum house and host score.

The experience was amazing. The apartment is beautiful, in a downtown and quiet area, it was very clean and everything was very comfortable. I went with my parents since I had an eye operation and Noemí was very attentive, close and kind, and they were all very helpful. He was wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed. If I go back to Oviedo, I'll repeat for sure because the apartment was amazing and the experience was great. The decor is amazing!!! Wow, I have no complaints, not one, one of the best apartments I've ever stayed in!

Our stay was very comfortable and Rafa was an excellent host. The house is beautiful and the kids really enjoyed it in the large garden and terrace it has. With everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is a super quiet area and very well located, easy to park. I 100% recommend Rafa's house and we will definitely choose it on our next visit to Asturias, Thank you Rafa for welcoming us into your wonderful house

The house is very cozy and has everything we needed. Everything is new and works very well. The neighborhood is residential, quiet, and very pretty. Verónica was very nice and helped with everything. I would go back at any time.

My daughter (12) and I felt very comfortable with you. The house is designed with so much love in the details and it was nice to have met you. I can recommend it at any time. A beautiful forest walk is possible directly from the house. And Gijón and the beach are only about 30 minutes away by car. Everything was perfect. Thank you very much!❤️

We received an excellent welcome, smiling and very attentive. The house is very accessible with room to store vehicles. The garden is clean and very nice, with a special place for barbecuing and outdoor dining. All rooms in the house are clean and spacious, good quality beds. the large ground floor room with TV, games and table for 10/12 people is an undeniable plus and allows families to find a very versatile room there. in short, nothing to say, just a few kitchen utensils are missing, otherwise it's perfect. you can go there without a second thought.

Gem and Immaculate are very attentive and have provided everything we needed. At checkout time tmb they were very flexible and we greatly appreciated it. House is great, very cozy, and well located right in front of the beach. I recommend it! Thank you very much for everything. 😊

Beautiful clean apartment located a few minutes' walk from the bus and train station. Close to the historic area of Oviedo where there are plenty of tourist attractions and excellent restaurants. Good communication with the host and very warm welcome on arrival. We recommend it.

Warm reception by Noelia and partner. Wonderful delicacies. Apartment was very clean. Good bed, lovely terrace, is in a car noisy street close to several restaurants. Noelia is always available and gives good tips. Vvv is just around the corner for all kinds of information. When we come back to Aviles, we will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful apartment, very close to the old city centre

An excellent experience! The accommodation was super clean and very cozy, exactly as shown in the photos (or even better!). You could see the care in every detail, from the impeccable bedding to the little touches that made you feel at home. The communication with the host was quick and very friendly. Definitely a place I'd go back to without thinking. Highly recommended!

Carmen provides a home-away-from-home experience with lots of extras and a generous amount of edibles in the fridge to get started with. Unfortunately the wi-fi was down because the neighbour had damaged the cable but we easily worked around that with mobiles and wi-fi from local establishments. Thanks for making us feel welcome.

The apartment is very nice, totally renovated and as shown in the photos. It has an excellent location, in the center, which allows you to walk to all the areas of interest in the city. It is very quiet, no noise is heard from outside and it has a beautiful view of the city and mountains. It has been recently remodeled with good taste and everything works perfectly. We recommend it!

We absolutely loved our stay in this apartment in Oviedo! The location was perfect—quiet during the week and just a short walk to great restaurants, grocery stores, and everything we needed. The apartment was bright, spacious, and thoughtfully furnished, with beautiful lighting and plenty of room to spread out. It had all the amenities for daily life, and staying for 5 weeks was incredibly comfortable. Everything was very clean, and check-in was easy. The host was kind and accommodating, especially when our flight was severely delayed. There is some street noise on the weekends, but as long as the windows and doors are closed, it really isn’t an issue. We felt right at home here—highly recommend!

David is an excellent host. We arrived later than the agreed time and not only did he NOT have any problems, but he offered us all the amenities in the world. At check-out, since I didn't have any pending check-ins, he offered to let us leave at any time we wanted. He was always available and answered messages very quickly. He advised us on places to visit and places to eat. The apartment is great, everything too. I recommend it!

The place is perfect to disconnect and connect with nature, everything clean, the only thing that could improve is the address, which is not the address of the site, but it takes behind to another place.

We thank Aida for her welcome, kindness, valuable advice and the care taken in the maintenance and presentation of the place. We immediately felt comfortable in the house and were able to take advantage of her good recommendations to discover the region. The quality of the materials used to renovate the house is noticeable and we slept very well there. Located in the mountains, the house is nevertheless close to the coast and we were able to enjoy the beach every day. We highly recommend Aida and her home (as well as her chickens and two cats!)

Comfortable, quiet and positive stay. From the moment we arrived until we left, we noticed a lot of empathy from the people who work there. The breakfasts and meals were quite lavish and of good quality. A very good experience and we will surely enjoy these beautiful places in Asturias again. Best regards
