Everything was great....the super friendly host.....would definitely repeat

A modern, comfortable, and quiet apartment in a very well-designed and full-featured complex. There's really nothing to fault in Marcelo's apartment, and Marcelo was a perfect host. Everything is comfortable and exactly as pictured. The apartment maintenance and the overall building maintenance is impecable. I would say that this apartment, in particular, is one of the best in the entire building because the view from the porch at the back of the complex is straight into the Forest of Zoreda - a solid wall of swaying trees. There is absolutely no noise beyond the forest critters. The pool was excellent and uncrowded, as was the gym. You can take some nice walks exploring the aforementioned forest, but there is little else to find in the locale. There is one local sidrería/restaurant, and you'll drive for most everything else. So if you need to be near Oviedo, but don't really want to be right in the middle of it, it's perfect. This apartment was our home base for a week of epic road cycling in the area, and for that it was great. I would certainly stay here again.

Perfect weekend stay; seeing the sea while you have breakfast is a plus, the apartment is very cozy.

Everything was fine from the start, the check-in was simple, clear and with instructions from the moment 1. He even gave us parking recommendations. He also gave us 2 copies of keys, which is always appreciated. The house is as described. It's comfortable, spacious (we were 5) and very well located. Also, it has dehumidifier. In our experience by Gijón usually the humidity is very high, so also point positive Very happy to have booked with Elena! and I will be back in the future when I pass through Gijón

This was a spacious apartment with parking very close by. The host provided thorough instructions. The kids loved the park and enjoyed playing with the neighborhood kids. Definitely recommend a stay here if you are in the area!

We were very happy on the floor despite the short stay, as it is very welcoming and comfortable. We value the garage square just a few meters from the house. Beds are very comfortable - we rested very well. It is very well located on a pedestrian street without any noise next to the Auditorium and a five minute walk from the City Hall. We will definitely repeat when we come back to Asturias which is a beautiful land!

The apartment is very nice and just as described in the listing. Something to note is that the parking is really on the property, unlike many others that indicate that and then you find yourself walking through a park with everything and luggage. The parking space is right in front of the elevator access, which made it much easier for us with the children and the luggage to get directly to the apartment. Angel always responded immediately. Super recommended.

The best experience possible. We are a traveling family, numerous stays in very diverse places for many years, and we have never enjoyed ourselves so much. The house is spectacular, very spacious and with everything you need. You feel at home, there is absolutely everything! Toys, board games, appliances of all kinds, etc. I think part of the magic is that you keep discovering new things, new corners, views, etc. every day. And well, the views are breathtaking… typical Asturian mountainous landscape, green, with scattered houses. Waking up and seeing that is a luxury. And finally, Maria, the host. She was there for us at all times. She didn't miss a single detail. We'll definitely be back.

Helena is a simple and super attentive person, very hospitable and concerned that we have the best experience of the place. Pandel de Berruga is a beautiful place that must be cared for and protected, and Helena does so and raises awareness so that visitors do too. We did a week getaway as a couple and the location could not have been better, it is in the center of everything, so it is a good base to explore all of Asturias in a short time, highlighting the sardines of the port which were spectacular. In addition the treatment was unbeatable, since we arrived the response was quick and informative, he even advised us on where to go or possible plans, not only for the area but also by Asturias. Joaquin and his family are right next door so they were always nearby and available if there was any problem. In short, our stay was 10 and I recommend it 100% for a couples getaway. We will be back for sure.
