Beachfront vacation rentals in Gijón

We had a wonderful time in Salinas. The view from the unit was amazing!

The place was located very close to the beach. There were many local shops nearby, as well as supermarkets and a pharmacy open 12 hours. In addition, there was an area to take the pet for a walk.

We had a great stay at Pedro’s apartment. Pedro greeted us upon arrival, gave us recommendations for local restaurants, and was a very responsive host. The apartment has beautiful views and was within walking distance of great restaurants and the beach. I would highly recommend staying here!

Spacious, clean accommodation, with everything you need, accessible and quiet. Privileged location. Juana is very friendly and attentive. We have had a great time, we will definitely recommend it.

Perfect accommodation to see Gijon and Asturias. The beach is just across the street and everything is within walking distance. If you are traveling by car, it saves stress, as a parking space in the underground parking lot is included. Good restaurants and cafes are nearby. Marte is very nice and sent us many recommendations from the area directly.

Small place, but cozy and pleasant to spend a few days. Raquel didn't do anything to bring our dog, and also sent us a pdf with local recommendations in which they also included dogfriendly places. A lot of success!

The description of the place, though true, falls short. It is very spacious, with spectacular sea views, with each room very well distributed. We arrived with the expectation of a good experience and the result far exceeded it. The service was very thoughtful and cordial. Without a doubt a magnificent choice!!!

We had a great time at this very well-equipped and quiet house. Everything is easily accessible (beach 3-minute walk). The instructions were very clear and allowed us to be fully independent. We would recommend this house without hesitating!

Frsncisco's apartment is ideal for spending a few days with the family. It has everything you might need, and they have it very well maintained. And Francisco is super attentive at all times from the beginning. It's nice to go to a place like this.

It's a bit far from downtown and this has its positive side (we had peace and quiet at all times), but there were no shops nearby to walk to. Anyway, we were very comfortable.

Javier has been an excellent host, very friendly and always attentive to any need we need. The house was very collected, clean and very well equipped, perfect to go as a couple or as a family. The location of the apartment is excellent as it is located in the center of Gijón. Quiet neighborhood and no problem with neighbors. We will not hesitate to return.

Best of all, the location is next to the beach and very close to downtown. The apartment is small, but ideal for three people who are on vacation. Everything was very clean and that gives comfort, because you're like at home. One thing, I would say that the sofa is a little old. Cayetano's answers were quick before going, and the deal with him was correct. If I had to go back, I would, no doubt.

It's a wonderful apartment in an old building in Gijón. It's perfect in terms of location, close to downtown and the beach. It is very comfortable, quiet. Communication has always been easy, fast and they have given us many facilities. It's a place to repeat :)

Great location in the old town, full of bars and places to eat, with nightlife especially during the in the end of the week and weekends (until 1 or 2 am). The location can be a bit noisy if you're looking for peace and quiet at night. I recommend it for exploring the city, enjoying its bars and restaurants, and the surrounding beaches. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Great place right at the beachfront. Everything you need is there. I like it when an apartment has a washing machine, this cuts down on the amount of clothing you have to bring. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom clean and spacious. As mentioned before though, if you are a light sleeper, make sure to bring some ear plugs. WiFi was fast and reliable, more important for me than the TV. Check-in was done in person by Pilar, who was very friendly and thorough in explaining everything and brought some welcome cookies. Supermarkets, cafés and restaurants are in walking distance. Very much appreciated was the shop with automated storage lockers right next door. Also, if you come here to work (like I did), there is a great coworking space a five minute walk away - WAX as in Work Arena Xixon. Overall this was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely come back.
