At 150 meters you have the mouth of the Alto de Extremadura metro and just next to a bus stop where five bus lines stop that will take you to the historic center of Madrid in a few minutes, there is also a night line that leaves from the Plaza de Cibeles. Within a radius of 100 m you have bars, pharmacy,tobacconist, supermarkets, pastry,bank, etc., so that you do not lack for anything. SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE APARTMENT.

Away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, you can enjoy your visit in Madrid as a tourist or for business trips. Designer flat, located in the La Latina neighbourhood, is a 160 m2 underground gem that can accommodate up to 4 people. With 2 elegant bedrooms and a separate office with an additional sofa bed. Although it is a ground floor apartment, its refurbished and modern interior surprises with its open and airy style. Please note that light is limited due to its location and you will not find balconies or large windows. Enjoy TV via Chromecast. Bed linen and towels are provided.
