Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Germering

Es war alles so wie beschrieben, die Kommunikation mit den Gastgäbern war einwandfrei und die Unterkunft ist geräumig und auch für 6 Personen gut nutzbar. Die Dusche ausserhalb macht an sich kein Problem. Man muss nur wissen, dass sie genau an der anderen Seite der Wand von der Wohnung ist und da die Wohnung an einem Campingparkplatz steht, ist der "Duschverkehr" häufig und man hört sehr viel. Man gewöhnt sich aber dran. Im Fitnessstudio sind auch ganz hilfsbereite nette Mitarbeiter. Alles in Allem war es wirklich prima :-) Wegen der Stadt...ausser süßen Innenstadt und den Schlößen... Besucht das Reptilien ZOO, das ist es wirklich Wert. Für Kids, aber für Erwachsene ebenso. 1-2 Mal am Tag darf man auch Schlangen "kuscheln" :-) Wir waren hin und weg.

Le logement est mignon, très agréable, bien équipé avec en sus de quoi occuper par journées pluvieuses (livres, jeux de sociétés...) sans compter les activités disponibles annexes (piscine, sauna, solarium, fitness, salle de jeu pour enfants, table de ping pong). De plus il est idéalement situé au carrefour de villes telles que Munich, Salzbourg et Innsbruck. Oberaudorf à elle seul vaut le détour et d'autant plus que le Tyrol est à portée pour varier les excursions. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement pour un séjour détente en Allemagne. Ce fut un petit bout de paradis.

Siamo stati 5 giorni in questo appartamento; appena entrati ci è sembrato di essere a casa. Arredamento curato e tutto pulito. Belli i giardini, la piscina e la sala giochi per i bambini. C'è anche il garage coperto. Tutto impeccabile.

Everything worked out very well during my stay. The location is great, easily walkable and close to the underground, a large park and next to a shopping center with pretty much everything you would need The space was comfortable, with a nice balcony and the wifi worked well. They were very accommodating and easy to work with. Thanks Franziska and Halina for a nice stay!

Yvonne and her husband were incredibly welcoming, even waiting to personally greet us upon check-in! The interior was beautifully designed, and the large windows offered a fantastic view. We truly loved our stay here!😍

il nostro soggiorno è stato perfetto. abbiamo viaggiato con i nostri 3 figli e non ci mancato nulla. alloggio bellissimo. l'unica cosa "negativa" è che nelle due camere c'è una parte di vetro che non si oscura con le tapparelle lasciando entrare la luce esterna. a mio avviso una casa così curata nei particolari e così bella dovrebbe mettere in conto che potrebbe incontrare dei clienti che potrebbero fare fatica a dormire con la luce. per il resto tutto perfetto! ci torneremo sicuramente

Wolfger is a great host. A man of culture and generosity. He loves to share his life experiences and create new ones with his guests. The apartment is within 7 minutes walk of Neuperlach Zentrum Ubahn, from where you can be in Central Munich within 15 minutes. The shopping centre at Neuperlach Zentrum has every shop you could expect, and there are plenty of places to eat if Wolfger can't tempt you with a homemade dish.

We had a lovely stay! From start to finish, Andy was kind and helpful, and we very much enjoyed the accommodations. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It was a perfect spot for our group of 3 travelers, and we found it very easy to get all around the city from the nearby transit stations. Would happily stay here again!

The best thing about this accommodation is its host, Martin. So nice and kind young man who made our stay wonderful and made us feel like we were in our home. Martin's home is beautiful, comfortable, stylishly arranged and very clean. It have beautiful garden which gives you a place to fully enjoy in the nature and sun, while the spa center a minute away, gives this home six stars. There are many shops and cafes in the area, and it takes half an hour to get to the center of Munich. Visit Martins ovely home and enjoy as a king. I know we will soon again. I’ve written reviews of Adrian’s place before but it’s worth repeating that he’s is a wonderful host, and the place suits my needs perfectly.

Gute Unterkunft, ein wenig ab vom Schuss mit einem freundlichen Gastgeber. Wir würden hier definitiv wieder übernachten.

Great hosts! We arrived to get the keys and were treated to beer and food in the refrigerator. The space was great for our purpose with easy access to buses and trains to Octoberfest and Bayern Munich. The space was as promised and they were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would highly recommend this place for a base for exploring the area!!!

Enjoyed staying the night. Super friendly and helpful host. Great ambiance and terrace was terrific after driving all day. Bed was very comfortable. All was perfect!

Sehr sauber, viel Privatsphäre, tolles Frühstück, viel Flexibilität. Gut mit der S3 nach München angebunden (30 min bis München Hbf), genug Parkplätze auf der Straße. Top!

Wir haben ein verlängertes Wochenende in dieser wunderschönen und modernen Unterkunft verbracht und uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das absolute Highlight war der Innenpool – bei dem eher schlechten Wetter war er genau das Richtige, um trotzdem Urlaubsfeeling aufkommen zu lassen. Die Wassertemperatur lag konstant zwischen 31 und 34 Grad, was das Schwimmen besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Mariola war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie hat uns ein mobiles Babybett angeboten und bereitgestellt, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Auch die Sauna im Keller war toll, sie braucht zwar etwas, bis sie richtig warm ist, aber wenn man ein bisschen Geduld mitbringt, wird es ein richtig schönes Sauna Erlebnis. Durch die Größe der Sauna können auch mehrere Personen gleichzeitig entspannen. Leider konnten wir den Außenpool wetterbedingt nicht wirklich nutzen, aber bei besserem Wetter wäre auch dieser sicher ein Highlight gewesen. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

We had a great week stay at the location. Three days of business, four days of tourism. It was conveniently located near my meetings, and the train down to the tourist area (and everywhere else in Munich) was within walking distance from the house. The house had a great living room, kitchen, and there were nice rooms on the second and third floor. (I would not recommend this for folks with mobility issues since it has a staircase that is almost a spiral staircase). The room on the third floor bed would have been tight for two people, but was perfect for me, the second floor bedroom was perfect for two. The host was super responsive and let us check in early and stay late at no extra charge. Check out was simple. We received local recommendations, and enjoyed our stay. If you are staying in hot weather, be forewarned that there isn't air conditioning and the third floor can be warm. It ended up being cool, and I was able to open up the windows so it was pleasant.

Przebywałem tam podczas mojej podróży służbowej. Dom jest dobrze urządzony i można poczuć się w nim naprawdę swobodnie. Dodatkowym atutem był stół bilardowy w piwnicy. Polecam serdecznie!!

Absolutely loved our stay at Patrick and Sophia’s house. Perfect for our two little girls, easy access to Munich. Enjoyed the park right across the street, the awesome Biergarten, and the very convenient grocery store. If you’re looking for a great family friendly place to stay in Munich, don’t hesitate!

Wir haben uns im Haus von Sophia und Patrick sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Es bietet viel Platz auch mit mehreren erwachsenen Personen. Die Kommunikation mit Patrick war sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Ein paar Minuten vom Haus entfernt, erreicht man mit dem Auto das P+R Neuperlach Süd, von dort ist es mit der U-Bahn etwa 25 Minuten ins Zentrum.

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in der Villa Alpenblick. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut und alles top sauber. Der Ausblick vom Balkon war traumhaft. Wir würden das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Evelyn ist eine ausgezeichnete Gastgeberin

Vielen Dank für die tolle Unterkunft – wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt! Alle Annehmlichkeiten waren wie beschrieben und die Unterkunft sah genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Umgebung angenehm ruhig . Super schnelle und hilfreiche Antworten von der Gastgeberin. Wir waren insgesamt super zufrieden und können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen.

Unglaublich schön hergerichtetes altes Haus mit vielen liebevollen Details, tollem Design und sehr viel Platz. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der Außenküche und der gigantischen Ausstattung! Nur zu empfehlen!
