The maisonette with 2 balconies (midday and evening sun) and separate entrance invites you to experience the Ammersee: In 12 Min. you can take an idyllic stroll across fields (mountainview) to the Stegen bathing area with jetty, restaurants and beer gardens with evening sun! The location is ideal for cycling and swimming also in the Wörth and Pilsen lakes. The centre can be reached on foot in 6 Min.. Munich can be reached in ca. 25 Min. (35 km), Neuschwanstein and Zugspitze in approx. 90 Min.

The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. In the kitchen-living room, you can not only cook, but also sit comfortably together. The living room is the heart of the apartment - with stunning views of the large garden.
