In winter, the slope passes in front of the house, and the lift goes up behind the house. In summer, we are a little hidden and can be reached via a short gravel road. As soon as you enter, you can feel the warm, alpine atmosphere: the furnishings feature a lot of high-quality spruce wood, which gives the rooms a natural, bright, and at the same time cozy feel.

The house offers a well equipped common kitchen. Located high on the mountain, 12 min by car on a mountain road to the center of Zell am Ziller and 7 min with the free shuttle bus to the slopes of Zillertalarena.
