Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Unterkunft! Es ist alles da, was man braucht! Tolle Ausgangslage für Ausflüge. Wunderschöne Terrasse mit Meerblick. Sehr schöner Strand. Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in dieser traumhaften Unterkunft. Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt, sehr sauber und unser persönliches Highlight war die Terrasse mit einem unglaublichen Ausblick aufs Meer, der zum Verweilen einlädt! Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig auf einem Berg gelegen - ein Mietauto ist von Vorteil, der Strand aber zu Fuss in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Mike lief problemlos und schnell. Für all unsere Fragen hatte er blitzschnell Antworten parat.

Une belle vue sur la mer de la terrasse avec une plage accessible à pied en 5 minutes fort appréciée ! Maison bien équipée avec des jeux de plage qui ont bien servi ! Merci pour tout !

Das Haus befindet sich in sehr schöner Umgebung. Die Terrasse ist wunderschön, mit unbeschreiblichen Aussicht. Sehr ruhig. In der Nähe schöner Strand. Die Küche ist mit allen nötigen Sachen ausgestattet. Enrico war immer sehr gut erreichbar und sehr nett. Wir können dieses Haus ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben 4 Tage in der ruhigen Oase von Carla verbracht. Nach turbulenten Tagen in touristisch überlaufenenden Gegenden, ist ihre Unterkunft der perfekte Rückzugsort um abzuschalten und runter zu kommen. Die Umgebung überzeugt vor allem durch traumhafte Strände, wer schicke Restaurants, Fußgängerzonen zum bummeln und Bars sucht, ist hier falsch. Wir haben es genossen im örtlichen Supermarkt (toll ausgestattet obwohl er echt klein ist) einzukaufen und frische italienische Lebensmittel zum kochen nutzen zu können. Der Garten lädt zum verweilen, lesen und genießen ein. Alles ist sehr gut gepflegt, sogar frische selbst gepflückte Beeren und selbst gebackenen Kuchen hat uns Carla gebracht.

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in dit strandhuisje. Het weer was prachtig, dus we hebben voornamelijk buiten geleefd. Het overdekte terras, de grote tuin met bbq en de warme buitendouche waren een pré, met name omdat het binnen niet zo groot is. De keuken is heel compleet maar de slaapkamers en badkamer zijn echt krap voor vier grote volwassenen. In alle ruimtes is airco en buiten ook een fan, waardoor het goed uit te houden is in de warmte. En het allermooiste: je loopt van je omheinde tuin door een poortje en trapje zo het strand op! De zee is lang ondiep, maar ook kraakhelder en verrukkelijk! Stefano is een superhost, of het nu gaat om een lekkende airco, te weinig handdoeken of wijnglazen, een kapotte parasol, een weerbarstig slot, Stefano lost het supersnel op! Altijd vriendelijk, beleefd en met een grote glimlach, alleen al voor hem zou je nog een keer terugkomen :)

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux dans ce logement ! Merci à Fabiana pour son accueil chaleureux dès notre arrivée. Un grand merci pour les délicieux gâteaux, les boissons et les yaourts qui nous ont été offerts. Cela a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Le logement est parfaitement équipé et la vue est tout simplement merveilleuse ! Je recommande vivement ce logement. Merci encore 😊

Das Highlight war der Ausblick auf der wunderschönen Terrasse! Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, die Betten bequem, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hat Spaß gemacht zu kochen und mit dem wunderschönen Ausblick zu essen, war ein Traum. Andrea hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben. Wir haben das Familienrestaurant besucht, den freundliche Service und das hochwertige Essen genossen. Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit! Es ist nicht ganz einfach zu finden, aber auch da hat uns Andrea super und sehr schnell geholfen. Danke für alles!

What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

Great Host, Great Location. spacious top floor with a view. coffee and pastries right next door. dinner/ food/shopping options plentiful with 2 min of front door. our host was there to greet us with recommendations and instructions. AC & Wifi worked great as well. highly recommended! my children loced the decor. Alessandro is quite the Artist as well. thx again

Nowoczesny, bardzo ładny apartament z przestronnym tarasem ze wspaniałym widokiem. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, czysta łazienka, wygodne łóżko. Niczego nam nie brakowało. Jedno z najlepszych miejsc w jakich się zatrzymaliśmy. Absolutnie polecam.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Samantha und Maurizio sehr genossen. Die Wohnung entspricht den Bildern & Samantha ist so freundlich. Sie hat uns am ersten Tag persönlich empfangen & uns in der Wohnung alles gezeigt. Außerdem hat sie uns super viele Empfehlungen, sei es stände, Restaurants, Cafés, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc., am ersten Tag geschickt. Die Empfehlungen waren so hilfreich, wir haben jede einzelne genossen. Es ist wirklich ein tolles Airbnb mit tollen Vermietern, was zu 100% weiterempfohlen werden kann… wir würden nochmal wieder kommen ☺️☺️

We’ve stayed in a lot of places, but our week at Claudia’s was something special. The apartment felt like home from the start — just 2 minutes from beautiful Solanas beach, and honestly more thoughtfully equipped than our own place! Claudia greeted us with an aperitivo and a stocked fridge for the next day, which was such a kind surprise. There were so many toys and baby items — our 10-month-old was in heaven and didn’t even manage to try everything. Claudia checked in regularly and even had sweet gifts for us (and our little one) at the end. Truly one of the best hosts we’ve ever had — we’d love to come back!

Ilenias place feels like home. Its very well equipped and has everything you need. Ilenia is always very responsive and has alot of local recommendations. The location is fine with supermarkets and rests around. By car its around 15 min to Cagliari, and 1 hour for the best beaches Tuerredda or Punta Molentis.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war absolut sauber und liebevoll vorbereitet – sogar für unseren Hund standen direkt Näpfe bereit. Für unser Baby wurden separate Handtücher sowie ein Babybett bereitgestellt, was uns den Aufenthalt deutlich erleichtert hat. Besonders aufmerksam fanden wir auch, dass Handtücher und Bettwäsche nach ein paar Tagen frisch ausgetauscht wurden. Die Gastgeber waren durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist schön ruhig – perfekt zum Entspannen. Allerdings ist ein Auto auf jeden Fall notwendig, um mobil zu sein. Praktisch: Direkt an der Unterkunft gibt es einen eigenen Parkplatz. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt ist das WLAN, das etwas schwach war – ansonsten war wirklich alles top. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Unterkunft in Costa Rei. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und hatte einen traumhaften Blick auf den Ort und das Meer. Nathalie und Marino waren jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Erholungsfaktor 100 %. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Wir haben immer selber gekocht, da die Restaurants völlig überteuert waren. Zudem konnten wir beim Nachtessen den wunderbaren Sonnenuntergang geniessen. Simonetta hat sich öfters gemeldet und nachgefragt. Wir könneen diese Unterkunft weiterentfehlen.

We had a wonderful time in Cagliari. Alessandro’s place was perfect for 2, charming furniture, peaceful, great air conditioning. He responded quickly to messages, helping us find a supermarket locally. We found several gorgeous restaurants, all within walking distance. Excellent all around, highly recommended. A gem in the heart of Cagliari. The location is perfect for visiting the city and despite being central and surrounded by restaurants and clubs it is very quiet. Enrica is an excellent host, very helpful and responsive. Apartment very clean and perfectly matching the description.

The apartment is well equipped, clean and located in one of the best areas in Cagliari, with a wine bar, cafe and 2 restaurants just a few metres away. The shutters were very effective at keeping the sound out, so when we were ready for bed we weren't disturbed by the noise at all. All major attractions are within easy walking distance. It was a very enjoyable and memorable visit, and I would recommend Frederico's apartment to anybody who is planning a city visit.

Stayed 4 nights, 5 days at this apartment and was very pleased. The location is excellent, it was spotlessly clean, and Viktoriia was extremely helpful and responsive. I didn't realize it was a Murphy bed, but it was still comfortable. I really appreciated having the access to a washing machine for a longer trip. I highly recommend!

Pro: posizione splendida, con doppio affaccio (anche se con casa di fronte) su poetto e molentargius. Completamente ristrutturata. Tutto il necessario presente anche per stare più giorni. Cons: letto un po' piccolo e materasso non comodissimo. Terzo piano senza ascensore. Prezzo alto. In generale, siamo stati benissimo. Daniela sempre disponibile. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. Ritorneremo.

Wow! Just amazing! Perfect location and easy to find. I will stay here again next time I visit Calgliari. In the historic district close to everything. Just an amazing place to be. Food walking tour and under ground tour all within a 5-10 min walk. Perfect place to explore Calgliari. Do not hesitate to book. My compliments to Ricardo!

We loved our stay here! A perfect apartment and Lorenzo was an excellent host who provided really helpful local information and instructions. The apartment was very easy to find and is in a lovely location and there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The surrounding streets are very pretty as they are full of colourful plants and flowers and heritage sites of interest are within walking distance (although, as with everywhere in Cagliari there are some steep paths). The apartment was extremely well equipped and included everything that we needed for our trip and more (a few examples: hairdryer, coffee pot, wine glasses, maps, guides, beautiful books on local history, local recommendations, beach equipment - and much more) and it was spotlessly clean throughout. We would highly recommend this apartment and hope to stay again sometime. Thank you Lorenzo and Severino!
