Everything has been designed so that your stay in Sardinia is unforgettable. The first beach of Perd'e Sali and the tourist port are only a few meters away. From Perd'e Sali it is possible to reach the most beautiful beaches of the coast such as Nora, Santa Margherita, Chia, Tuerredda. Close by our Cottage you can discovery "Nora" an ancient Roman town.

Villa Rosa

Villa Rosa is a magnificent villa on one level located in Geremeas Residence, right in front of Geremeas Beach (Marongiu Beach), literally two steps from the garden and you are on the beach! The house is located within the private area of the residence, access to which is only permitted to owners of the remote control that opens the bar. Villa Rosa is suitable to comfortably accommodate up to 14 people, having five double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms with bunk beds and four bathrooms.

It is also the ideal base for exploring all of South Sardinia and its magnificent beaches and landscapes.
