Comfort place, nice host, great location

This house is truly authentic and looks exactly like the photos – I honestly thought it was just a lucky camera angle until I walked inside! The interior is full of character, with a beautiful stove that creates the cozy atmosphere of a fireplace. Every item in the house feels thoughtfully chosen, and it’s a joy to just look around and take it all in. The highlight, though, is the incredible view of Mount Kazbek – you can literally wake up in bed and see it right in front of you. Inside, everything is spotlessly clean, and all the appliances and household essentials work perfectly. Saba and his family are incredibly warm and welcoming – always available if you need anything. I’m beyond happy with my stay and would love to come back again and again. Highly recommended!

Beautiful accommodation in an indescribably beautiful and quiet location overlooking the sea and the Turkish coast. The host is responsive and attentive. The interior is clean and of high quality, there is everything you need for comfort and relaxation. I didn't want to leave. We'll definitely come again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The rooms were very comfortable and spacious, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Pleasant 15 minute walk through some residential streets to get downtown to restaurants and other activities.

My mom and I truly enjoyed staying at Lena’s place! The house is on the steep hill, yes, but my mom (72 years old) and I are fit and didn’t find walking up the to the house challenging at all. We only had little backpacks and no luggage. The views of the place were absolutely amazing and the place is very comfortable and spacious—it absolutely has everything you need. Great WiFi too. Since we arrived late in the evening, we used airport pickup/transfer service recommend by Lena and were brought straight to the place—very smooth and easy check-in. Highly recommend this place!

We enjoyed our stay here, was easy to reach the park and also some cafes and restaurants nearby just walking. The apartment has a cute garden between the kitchen/bathroom and the sleeping room which is super nice to relax. I would recommend bringing some kind of sleeping mask though if you’re a light sleeper as it can get quite bright in the mornings ☀️ Would stay in Ana’s apartment again for sure!

The apartment is lovely, in a great location, and has everything you could possibly need. The terrace is beautiful and has incredible views of the city. Barbara is a great host, very friendly and provides all the information you will need for an easy check-in/check-out. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to others taking a trip to Tbilisi. We would definitely book with Barbara again when returning to Georgia. Thank you!

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Batumi! The location is absolutely perfect — right in the center, just a 3-minute walk to the beach, and surrounded by great restaurants, cafes, and a large mall. The flat itself was clean, modern, and very comfortable. Everything I needed was within walking distance, which made exploring the city so easy. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Batumi!

The flat is in a beautifully peaceful area near many good restaurants. The flat itself is cool and shady, with charming and whimsical decor. We greatly enjoyed our time.

Shelva was was extremely responsive and kind before and throughout our stay, the house is cozy, warm, clean and exactly like the pictures, the location is on the top of the mountain which is what makes the experience stand out— a walking distance to many core attractions.

Loved Tengiz’s place! It’s comfy, clean, and exactly the type of place we wanted to stay in while living in the Old Town. Location was great too, within 10 mins of the Funicular and close to bars and restaurants. A+.

It was a really pleasant trip to Tbilisi, the place is tidy and had everything I needed, location is in Old City which has many restaurants and bars, beautiful park nearby and other places to visit. George is a wonderful host, he was helpful, friendly and really considerate. Will be looking forward to visit Tbilisi someday again :)

Giorgi's apartment was very nice, with beautiful mountain views. His mother greeted us and left us breakfast prepared in the kitchen. The only thing to improve is that it was cold inside the apartment.

This was my first trip to Tbilisi, and Vano was extremely helpful with his info on checking in. The place was perfect for what I wanted. Great view and was in a perfect part of town. Vano was always responsive if I had a question. Checking out was a breeze as well. In short visiting Georgia was one my greatest life experiences and I’d truly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cool place to stay during your time.

I had a great one month stay at Manana's place and would definitely stay there again! The place was nice and big, with tall ceilings and a nice living room area to relax in. The balcony was really nice to eat meals with a view of the city.

great location in walkable area with lots of restaurants. orbeliani Bazar is 1 min walking, supermarket with everything needed also 1 min walking. nice cozy apartment. we were family of 5 people on total. for group of 2 people or 2+1 child this place would be ideal! the balcony is spacious and nice!

Amazing stay in an amazing location. Surrounded by restaurants and cafes, with a private balcony, air conditioning, nice kitchen bathroom laundry, everything you need for a great stay. I didn't want to leave! Great hosts with great communication. Highly recommended!

Mziko’s place is beautiful and she was very helpful and quick to respond to all our queries. She sent us very clear instructions with pictures which made the check in process seamless. Further, the place is right next to a fabulous restaurant too. Waking up and having our first cup of coffee in the terrace overlooking the cobbled street felt like something out of a dream. Highly recommend this place!

The area can be a bit noisy on the weekends, but it was great to feel the beat of the city. The apartment is very spacious and elegant.
