• I stayed at the property for two nights. • The host was kind, helpful, and very responsive. • The property is located in an excellent residential complex that includes a children’s playground, supermarkets, and car parking areas. My family and I felt very comfortable. • The property is beautiful, clean, modern, and well-organized. • It is fully equipped with everything you might need—cleaning supplies, cooking utensils, and all daily essentials. In short, this was the best property I’ve rented in Georgia. I highly recommend it. If I return, I would rent it again—once, twice, or even more.

One of the best stays I’ve ever had! Staying at this Airbnb in the heart of Tbilisi was nothing short of magical. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely immersed in the charm of local culture. The apartment itself has exceptional design, beautifully decorated with traditional touches, and perfectly located—you can walk to the old town, local bakeries, cozy wine bars, and historic sites within minutes. What truly made the stay special was the host’s responsiveness and incredible hospitality. She shared wonderful tips about hidden gems and local eateries. It felt less like a rental and more like staying in a friend’s home. If you’re looking for a genuine, heartwarming experience that goes beyond just visiting a place—this is where you should stay. pretty clear check-in instructions. Hosts respond quickly and try to fulfill your requests during your stay. Pleasant communication, will always tell you how to find something or get there, for example, to the botanical garden. They also met us and checked us in a couple of hours earlier. what applies to the hotel as a whole it is actively expanding and the complex already has several entrances on the maps. so you can get confused when ordering a taxi and checking in. also outside the beach season most of the entertainment is not available. and ROOM CLEANING apparently too. so it would be good to know in advance

First, Tasha is a strikingly pleasant person, very kind and responsive, provided us with absolutely everything we needed for children up to a baby cot, and baths, the apartment is very spacious, clean, the air is good, and there is always a parking space near the house. We enjoyed everything, we totally recommend and would love to come back in the future!

The apartment is cozy. It is clean. I was pleasantly surprised by the hydrogen sulfide hot water in the shower. Very grateful for your early hospitality!

I was very satisfied with these apartments. The first thing I want to highlight is how quickly the manager responds it’s rare and very important. Every request I made was handled within minutes. For example, we wanted to prepare breakfast but there was no knife. I messaged the manager, and it was delivered in less than two minutes. Another time, late in the evening around 11 PM, we accidentally spilled water on the bed. I reached out just to check if it was possible to get new sheets and within five minutes, they brought fresh ones. Every single question or issue was resolved quickly and with care. The level of customer service and attention was truly outstanding. It’s clear they really care and make sure everything is handled. The location was great, everything was clean and well-maintained, and overall I was very happy. I highly recommend these apartments they’re truly a high-quality option with excellent service.

The studio was clean and tidy, the login speed, the host is respectable and professional, and this is the second time I reside in it.

Spacious house that was well appointed and clean and tidy. Nice to have a big kitchen that was fully equipped. We had a great stay and whilst the location was a little further away, walking and transport was easy.

Good place with greenery in Tbilisi. Owners are very friendly people, they have cutest dog Mimi. We enjoyed garden and county yard.

Maka's place is amazing, you will not be disappointed. the property is beautiful, with a great yard with an outdoor bbq area that would be amazing for a group event. The home's decor is elegant and comfortable. The second floor deck/patio was a huge plus feature for me and my dog. There are 2-3 stores within a short <5 minute walk where you can get supplies and groceries. The house is a short ride from the center of the city, I never had trouble getting Bolt Delivery, or a Bolt ride when I wanted to go to the city center. Maka and her family are gracious and hospitable hosts. There is 1 bathroom (large shower, and toilet) connected via the kitchen, so that may be important to note if you have a larger group. I have rented many places, and I highly recommend Maka's place!

One of the best Airbnb’s ever! Its really on another level, I can say it was the best place I ever rented ! The rooms, the outside area, the living room, the fireplace, the terrace and the swimming pool were all on another level, extremely clean, well equipped. Gaga requested that the cleaner for the swimming pool has to come in the moring to clean the swimming pool and the filter, eventhough the swimming pool was clear as glass. This place is suitable to be rented for long periods with no issues. The kitchen is also very well equipped and maintained. The outside bbq grill is also very nice and has good ventilation. One small thing is that I didn’t find the washing machine, I don’t know if there was one. I didn’t ask Gaga for it beacuse I didn’t stay for a long time. But if its missing, its really worth it to have one in this great place.

Great place, very comfortable.

Lovely apartment next to the head of the street. Shops and cafes are just around the corner. The apartment has 2 bedrooms. Sleep comfortably, quiet, you can't hear the neighbors!!! No one walks on top. Comfortable mattress, great pillows, nice bedding. We lived before in another apartment and there was very poor soundproofing. We constantly heard the neighbors talking behind the wall. Sleep is great here! This apartment has a large number of dishes, it is convenient to cook. Responsive and polite host, always available. Very Pure! If this apartment is available on our next trip, we will live only here:) Thank very much

Place is just great. Freshly renovated apartment with everything you could need. Even though there is no sea view - 13 th floor views are still amazing. The host is very helpful and friendly - always responds within 15 minutes:) great place!

Tornike's apartment is practically a chalet in the city. It is a perfect crib for a group of friends to hang out. There are two terraces with view on the mountains, one of which has a grill. In addition, on the second floor there's a pretty decent projector--perfect for watching football! Communication with the host was fanstatic. Location is not central, but walkable to the main attractions of Batumi. The only negative aspect is the appearance of the building: it can be offputting, but once you are in the apartment, it is like an oasis.

Everything was very nice. The house was as seen in the photos and was comfortable. The location of the house is also in a nice quiet place. The beds were very comfortable, I would go to hell to sleep in that bed again, he responded in a friendly 😂 and sincere manner in a very short time to satisfy my curiosity even about the smallest issue. Mari is amazing host. The apartment is super perfect! you have all you need here. You have hot tub as well for relaxing, metro just 2 minutes. As a superhost having long experience in it I would highly recommend Mari apartment as it's one of the best experience I had. thanks Mary for your hospitality.
