Lovely house. Everything you need for your stay and relaxation is there (refrigerator, TV, air conditioning). Everything is new, Very clean and cozy area. The location is great and the beach is close. Hosts are very friendly and hospitable people. Everything will be told, told. We will be happy to come again!

Great Hotel, very friendly hosts, amazing view:) we would come back:) sad we don’t speak Georgian or Russian, it would have been nice to get to know the hosts better!

Alejandro and his wife are warm and courteous, they told us their check-in notes when we arrived, we do like their tree house with hot tub which let us to relax after hiking. Their breakfast was good and local staff will send the meals on time to our tree house. Actually during this trip, the favorite is their white-colored kitty, she's not enough one year old, she listened our conversation and have breakfast and dinner together, unexpectedly on the day of check-out, she ran out to chase us seems she already realized we ready to leave. The days with her, we remember in the heart and give her name "Gulamimi" :) Hope she grow up happy and healthy.

Highly recommended! Hosts are wonderful people. Very attentive to the details. Provided complimentary transportation from / to Batumi Railway Station. Even offered to drive us from microbus station, as they saw my mom was hard to walk. Rooms are clean, equipted with TV and A/C, private bathroom, comfortable beds and amazing terrace with view to the sea and Batumi! The most beautiful Botanical garden and the cleanest beach in the region are available in 3 min. by car.

If you want to stay in Batumi area but not in the city itself this is great place. It’s close to the beach and also to the botanical garden ( I highly recommend to visit it ). It takes about 20 minutes by taxi or bus to get into city. Place is sparkling clean, stylish with modern furniture and it’s really cozy and comfortable. Georgi is a great host. He helps you with everything. The only drawback is that it is a bit harder to find but overall I can only recommend this accommodation.

Every walk back to Murman's place felt like a magical entry into the enigmatic world of Svaneti. his place is cozy and cute. morning coffee on the terrace will make you forget it was ever hard to wake up early in the morning.

i read all the reviews and set my expectations maybe thats why me and my husband enjoyed it very much. We stayed for 5 days and we were happy, energized and inspired. The place is amazing, for city dwellers, the nature is amazing in all corners. The canyon is just few stairs down the location. We appreciate the hospitality, despite them not speaking fluent english. The food which others mentions was quite overprices was amazing. We appreciate each meal specially the pork BBQ. You will feel that its your aunties who cooked it. Some issues which others posted was that its not really private and there are people coming over and the smoke coming from the kitchen. It didnt bother us at all. and since we are sharing the kitchen, they gladly provided us with things we needed. so that part wasnt an issue too. we booked a tour with tuem and enjoyed it as well. we will try to come back. 🫶 such a good family vacation home. thank you everyone. ❤️

Great location near Kazbek, Gudauri ski resort and other attractions. Very polite mistress Nonna. Clean,spacious rooms with great mountain views that can comfortably accommodate any company. Thank you for your hospitality, we will definitely come again!

Very good place. At all it was very amazing experience for me as solo traveller. It can be more amazing with a company. The location of the cottage was not accurate enough and you should go there with your car

Pros: - Beautiful place and private descent to small canyon fantastic - Easy to find, there are signposts - The room was clean - Air conditioning, no bugs in the room at night - There's a restaurant where ladies prepare delicious Georgian meals, you can even pay with a card, it's a bit more expensive than in cities - There is a shop near Guest House where you can pay with a card and another descent to the canyon where you can swim - In the evening, it's nice to relax on one of several hammocks - Gogita greets guests with a smile, and his wife speaks English and is happy to help with any issues - The nicest thing was that the host drove us to the airport on the way to Kutaisi, thanks again! Cons: - It was getting cold in the room at night, but you can heat up the air conditioning - There are no hangers - Shower gel shelves, shampoo, need to be placed on the floor - I didn't know which kitchen guests could use, there were still cooks in the outside
