Luka’s home and family were very lovely. The beds are comfy, the food was AMAZING, and the family was very kind and welcoming. I would highly recommend staying here!

Easy, personal check in. Rooms were as described. Bathroom was quiet big. Unfortunately no air condition (which was known to us) thus quiet hot during the summer night. Friendly hosts. Can recommend the apartment.

Thank you for the opportunity to visit a real Svan house. Very clean and organized, our room had all we needed for a comfortable stay, including a private bathroom. We had use of the family's kitchen and prepared a couple of meals, but Luka's mom can create wonderful authentic cuisine too! The owner Luka is a truly unique person with diverse talents and he even showed me how to box on the punching bag!! We were surrounded by care and attention. The house has a very cozy atmosphere and there is everything you need. We also bought souvenir salt and will remember our stay at this wonderful place each time we use our Svan salt from Luka and his family. If you are looking for an authentic stay in a real Svan home, then do not miss this opportunity to visit Luka and his family.

Beautiful art house - ethnographic museum in a pretty valley. Marine and her family are amazing hosts. The food is excellent. Possible to put your bags down and go on a day trip with the son, to Roshka and Shatili - Mutso. We loved our stay here ♥️

Great place to stay with an amazing view from their terrace and is very near to Kutaisi Airport. I would stay again when on my next visit to Kutaisi.

I loved my stay at Gvantsa and her family home ! It felt like I was part of a Georgian family for a few days. The house is beautiful and has a nice garden, the location is very useful if you want to visit David Gareji ! Bonus1 : Gvantsa helped me to book some train tickets (in an Armenian website) ; bonus2 : Gvantsa and her friend proposed to drive me to the desert, and I had the chance to visit a local winery (friend of Gvantsa) which wasn’t expected at all ! During my stay, the aunt cooked for us traditional food (and vegetarian as I asked for) and it was always delicious ! :)

Daviti and his family - amazing, very hospital people. They took care of us from the very beginning until the end of our stay. Contact with them is perfect. Daviti gave us a lot of information how to travel around Georgia. Their place is beautiful. Everything was very clean, very nice garden and flat. Totally recommend!

That's not just an accommodation, that's a place where community life is going on, both, of the guests and local employees, who together with Nazy run the place. The building is very beautiful, clean and with an atmosphere. Food was delicious. But what was truly unique is the the collective vibe there. Nazy is a very proactive and responsive host, who cares for guests. We rented mountain bikes from Nazy, and explored the surranding. Laundry is also available. This was the best place we stay at in Georgia, fully recommend!

great place to stay. however, be aware of a river nearby, it can be noisy for those who are sensitive for a sounds.

Roy is a cool host who can give some really great life advices to lead a life as a great guy!!! has a cozy place with a cute hamster.... makes great coffee and i would recommend you as he was present there to help with anything you need during your stay at Roy's place. Well he is a great man!!

Breathtaking view of the nature from the comfort of bedroom. Amazing host Manana. Her house is almost new & very clean. Well equipped kitchen. Very near to the center of Kazbegi. We loved that house & surroundings. Host Manana tried her best to make us comfortable on every aspects.

The room was very clean. The communication was great. The check in was really good because Khatuna was waiting for us with the key even though it was 9pm so after a long travel it was nice not to look for an address or doors. We had a change of towels after 2 nights which is very good as it feels fresh. There was a hair dryer in the building but at the moment i wanted to use it - it was occupied so Khatuna provided me another one. There was a shared table with cutlery, kettles and plates which is very good as we didnt have them with us so there was no problem with making something to drink or eat. We had a really nice stay, especially that the guesthouse is almost in the centre of Stepancminda.

Nodal, Marina and their son Davit are very nice hosts, showing real Georgian hospitality. We stayed with our 3 kids for two night with them. Both the breakfast and dinner were amazing.

We had the great honor of being their first guest. It was such a wonderful stay. The room itself is perfectly accommodating and comfortable for what we needed. The hosts are phenomenal. Sophia made us breakfast both days and it was a lovely and full spread of authentic Georgian cuisine. The newly remodeled guesthouse was easy to reach with our phones and we had nice private parking. The shared terrace is both adorable and has a stunning view. I highly recommend staying here.

The room is very nice with a good view over the city. The only problem was guests in the other room that often talked loudly all day. The hosts also do not speak any English. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean with hot running water. The kitchenette was useful, but no microwave. Internet speed was variable and could sometimes get very slow or drop out for a while. Parking outside was easy. I do recommend this place, but you could get unlucky like me and get other guests that are very loud.

I’m leaving Nino’s house feeling full of love, peace, rest and food. The guest house where we lived is a spacious, clean and homey, surrounded by gardens, all you hear is animals and birds, all you smell is pure village air… The house has everything you need, like living on a villa. The kitchen is outside but we didn’t need it at all cause Nino stuffed us with terrific georgian food. There is either wild beach or cultured, 10 minutes drive from home. People are sweet and funny. Animals too. A peaceful, happy place. Would love to come again.

We only stayed one night here. Everything was there that we needed. Even a small kitchen in which we could make something to eat in the evening. The reception was very friendly. Only the place was hard to find because our navigation doesn't know the small streets. With the help of G Maps, we were able to do it. In the morning we got a super delicious breakfast with homemade pastries, which was even included in the price. Even a mocha (Turkish coffee) was cooked especially for us! There is a beautiful roof terrace with plenty of seating areas and great views.

Had a really enjoyable stay here. The room was super comfortable and Ana and her family were very accommodating and friendly. Stay here if visiting Kutaisi :)

We had a wonderful stay at Chubini for 4 nights! Lika is an incredibly warm and hospitable host that really goes above and beyond to make your stay the best possible. The property itself is even more beautiful and peaceful than the pictures, set at the foot of the mountains, and you’re just a relatively short drive from lots of restaurants and wineries. Also, be sure to have dinner at the winery and try their wines, their Saperavi in particular is exceptional!
