Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Georgia

This is my next time being here. Great place to stay with friendly and supportive host. It is perfect for long term! Apartment is clean and nice, it is in a new building, it has all you need for comfortable staying.

Beka is one of the best hosts we have ever met. Unfortunately, we had to leave earlier than planned, and Beka was very understanding and accommodating. The apartment is excellent, with a modern and stylish renovation. It is bright, warm, and has great water pressure. There is a dishwasher, and all appliances work perfectly. Plenty of bed linens and towels are provided. The soundproofing is perfect – we couldn’t hear the neighbors at all. There is also a large balcony. We stayed in several apartments in Tbilisi, and this one is probably the best! :)

So good that we came back and stayed for another month 👍 the local gym in the complex is very good also and shops are always open. 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The apartment was very affordable, so we didn’t expect much—and it delivered just fine. It was clean, spacious, and equipped with all the essentials and more. A great option for budget travelers looking for a comfortable stay.

Everything was great. You can regulate the inside temperature, so it is very comfortable.

The place is as described, good location. View to the sea and the mountains. Due to what is high - a minimal noise level. I recommend

The house was perfect! In the very centre of the old town, you could reach everything on a 5 minutes walk. Also the metro is not far from here. The kitchen was amazing for my needs, I could cook without any struggle. The bed was confortable and the bathroom had everything needed. One of the two bathrooms is "outside", but in reality its just two steps from the door in a quiet courtyard so it isnt a problem. It was so cool to wake up and eat breakfast on the balcony with the view on Narikala fortress. I would love to come back! I really have a beautiful memory of Tbilisi also thanks to this apartment! 🥰

I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful place and I must say, it has truly exceeded my expectations. One of the highlights is the beautiful garden, full of greenery and peaceful corners. The place itself is very calm, making it an ideal retreat for those looking to relax and clear their mind. Another great feature is the excellent location — close enough to everything you need, yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The cozy atmosphere made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. If you’re looking for peace, comfort, and a great environment to recharge, this place is a perfect choice.

3 of us stayed for a longer stay whilst studying and it suited us really well. Good location, accessible yet the dead end gave a sense of privacy. Lovely host who was always quick to respond (also the stray cats are extremely sweet)💞

This house is surrounded by mountains and forest, which is a huge plus for us because we love nature and beautiful views! It’s very quiet and peaceful, an ideal place to relax and enjoy nature, silence, and escape from the everyday hustle and bustle of the city. The house is extremely clean, everything is just as described, and it has all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Sandro is a very responsive, kind and hospitable host. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit, you will definitely be satisfied!

Great place to stay away from the city but very close to the highway to Batumi, Sarpi, Poti, etc. Chakvi also has many good restaurants, shops, and attractions. The apartments have a really cool outdoor area with activities. Ilia and his Family made us feel right at home.

That's a very cosy apartment, very clean too. But the best about it is the view - if you happen to be there when the weather is good you'll never leave the terrace))

We had great time here! The place is quite and cozy, and Kote is a great host! He took us from Tbilisi with his car, brought us homemade honey and chacha. There is a great kitchen with all the amenities and an outside oven where we made barbecue. Keep in mind that there is no central heating (but a fireplace does its job) and the water heater works only for a few minutes, but the rest is really comfortable! We totally will recommend the place to our friends. P. S. We were here with the dog, who liked the place even more then we did😁

Thanks we had a lovely time at your place, the views after the snowfall were amazing from the bedroom. Heating was adequate for a cozy sleep.

We stayed here for 6 months or so. It was our home in that time and we will always have wonderful memories there. The neighbourhood is full of great restaurants, and it is a short walk to Rustaveli. Great bus access. Our hosts were generous and kind. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. Great wifi. You will enjoy staying here very much :) Everything was wonderful for us

Firstly, the host was very responsive and very helpful. Secondly, the place was very well maintained and the place was very aesthetic and was perfect for 4 people. The check in and check out was also very easy and the price was totally worth it

Vili sent us clear instructions, we arrived in the evening and arrival was not a problem. Communication with the owner was fast, friendly and easy. The apartment is exactly as in the photo. We were unlucky with the weather, it was cold and rainy, the apartment was cool when we arrived, but the fireplace gave enough heat. Convenient location, close to the sea, many restaurants and shops around.
