Great location! Close to everything we needed!

This was the perfect place for our girls trip. We went to see Night of a Thousand Candles at Brookgreen Gardens and it was the perfect location. Beautiful porches and the den was comfortable for us to gather and chat.

Clean and well stocked house, although we were in town for a wedding so did not spend much time in the home or going to the beach. Donna was kind and responsive in communicating. Front door a bit difficult to lock/unc lock so we used the back door to come and go. Linens and towels were clean and well stocked. House is older, so a few things like the shower/tubs are a bit older and the water pressure is so so, but overall the layout was great for our group and we enjoyed our stay.

Had a great relaxing weekend away! Beautiful home, close to many things around town and the beach! No complaints.

Enjoyed my stay while searching for a retirement location with easy access to the area. There was a comfortable foam mattress, lots of closet space in bedroom, sound machine, blow dryer, iron, very clean, bathroom included everything from towels to shampoo, kitchen offered all the necessities for cooking meals as well as condiments and a convenient stocked coffee bar. Even though it’s located in a mixed commercial/residential area, it was very pleasant , quiet, 2nd floor , surrounded by trees and birds singing. Jennifer was very pleasant, helpful and respectful of privacy. Will definitely recommend .

We had an absolutely amazing time here. The location is perfect! The house was great. Spacious, clean and welcoming. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, corn hole and putting green daily. The beach was only a few steps away as well. Tim was an excellent host as well. Very responsive to any of our questions and gave some great recommendations for things to do around the area. We are hoping to come back again soon!

We had a great time. The house is close to all that Pawleys Island has to offer, and far enough away to enjoy peaceful relaxation. We loved the pool and hot tub.

This home was perfect for our family trip. Every bedroom has a bathroom, the open living room/kitchen was perfect and the outdoor balconies were relaxing for morning coffee with a fantastic water view. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Ashley was very responsive and the arrival/departure was easy. Highly recommend!

Our stay with Alicia was amazing!!! She provided me with great directions straight to her condo. The condo was decorated very cute and the kitchen had plenty of dishes and utensils. The kitchen was equipped with a toaster, microwave, Blender and electric can opener. She provided us with plenty of beach towels, even a small cooler to use at the beach. Her little touches were awesome she provided sample shampoos conditioner and body wash in each bathroom. Which I thought was lovely. The use of her beach wagon and chairs was super !!! She even had a small clothes line on the deck with clothes pins to hang out our suits and towels. We will definitely be back !!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer! Sarah was a great host with communication and their place was very relaxing - especially the patio with lake view! My husband and I enjoyed taking in all of the cute shops Pawley Island has to offer and enjoyed wonderful meals at Quigley’s, Local, Whiskey Moon & Cafe, and Rustic Table. The restaurant and bar directly beside Summerhouse is currently undergoing some repairs and remodeling, so those weren’t open while we were there. They looked like great spots to enjoy on a future visit, though!

I really couldn’t think of a better place to stay while in Georgetown. Easy access to Front street and the Harborwalk! Waterfront, it’s within walking distance of most of the restaurants, shops and nightlife in town. The condo was very clean and had all of the amenities needed. For its great location it feels very quiet and private. Would definitely stay again anytime I’m in town!!

The dog friendly studio was perfect for our needs while in the area for a family event . The best part was the little fenced in area and being able to walk to the Marshwalk . Just a relaxing week before the grandkids came for beach week . Our needs were met ! Thank you !

We would absolutely stay here again! and Catherine was the most Gracious Host! We were in town for the weekend with our 2 dogs. The large backyard was perfect for them! We would sit and have coffee every morning while our dogs ran the back yard getting some energy out! It was perfect! The studio apt was spotless, brand new appliances, new bathroom, the beds and bedding were very comfortable. The leather couch was also extremely cozy! We were in need of NOTHING while staying here. Catherine supplied coffee keurig maker, variety of coffee pods, creamer, and a basket of snacks. She had a large amt of bath towels for our entire stay. She also supplied a Beach Pass for the State Park Beach. We took our dogs there every morning to swim. Being so close to all the restaurants was very nice! We could walk to several different places. The studio apt was extremely quiet, you can't hear any activity outside. I would recommend Catherine's place to everyone. It is a hidden gem.

This place— I would recommend a thousand times over. Gail and Gerry are some of the sweetest hosts I’ve ever had the honor of meeting and they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, comfortable, and peaceful. The acute attention to detail, such as music playing when we entered for the first time, truly showed just how much these hosts take pride in the place they’ve set up as well as the care and love they show towards their guests. We will be back!

I had a wonderful stay at Ellen’s place! From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. Ellen was an incredibly kind and responsive host, making sure I had everything I needed without ever being intrusive. The space had a welcoming vibe that made it easy to relax and feel at home. I especially appreciated the little personal touches she included—they really made a difference. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Ellen as a host!

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at Nichole's residence. The place was super clean and the colors remind you of the beach. Loved the decor. Beds were comfy. We had a small issue with the toilet but Nichole had someone out within 30 minutes of me calling. I had my elderly parents with me so I appreciated how they moved expeditiously. I recommend this place and would stay again. Thanks for everything! 10/10

Wonderful and relaxing stay! The property was beautiful and our pups loved walking around the grounds. Very peaceful and relaxing, just what we needed to recharge. Hope to be back soon!

we have visited our daughter at ccu often, and this condo was really nice. the view of the river was very nice from the balcony and especially loved seeing the pirate ship go by. the kitchen had everything you needed and loved the provided snacks and water. the place was decorated really cute and the hosts responded very quickly. would definitely recommend this rental.

This is one of the best Airbnbs I ever stayed in. Clean and comfortable with beautiful Ocean views and access to the water.

Great little condo with adequate space for far more than we had. Getting in was easy and the location was within a ~7 minute drive to the beach. All the cooking equipment you could ask for. And Holly was responsive when we needed some more info.

We loved our weekend getaway! The ocean front view is amazing and the apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. There is so much to do on site that I personally could've spent my entire time there without feeling the need to go anywhere else. Just as a heads up to future guests, bring your own equipment if you want to play pickle ball, tennis, bocce ball, etc. But overall, it's a wonderful place to take a vacation from your problems!

Beautiful condo with extraordinary ocean view! Kenny and Carol were excellent hosts - very communicative and responsive. I stayed with my two young children, indoor/outdoor pool, close proximity to the beach. I would definitely recommend!
