Take it easy at this unique waterfront home! Live Oak Lodge sits right on the Sampit river. It has its own boat ramp and fishing dock. There is a marina on the property where you can dock your boat. The marina is the only shared part of the property . It has oyster bar with fridge and sink. The house has massive decks and porches that give you unbeilable views of river and wildlife! The first guest comment I hear is "Wow - pictures don't do this place justice - the house is incredible and the views are spectacular! The next comment is "I thought we were way out in the country but it's only 20 minutes to the waterfront town of Georgetown, with shops, dining, museums and more. Looking to get away? This place is truly a retreat- a 3 bedroom house on the beautiful Black River in Georgetown. Four kayaks provided, swim or fish off the dock just a few steps from the house.
