We were extremely pleased with our stay here. It was a beautiful peaceful retreat. We especially loved being able to bring our dog, and the extra sheets and blankets just for dogs. The location was perfect walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We would absolutely stay here again. Bob & Melissa surely put a lot of thought and care into the particulars to be sure their guests are comfortable. We appreciated everything!

The kitchen features rich brown cabinetry and a spacious granite countertop. Stainless steel appliances, including an oven and microwave, are visible. Natural light flows in through a window, and the open design connects to the living area, enhancing the sense of space.

Patrick communicated effectively and gave very clear instructions prior to our arrival. He was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. The townhouse was spotless and nicely decorated. The beds were incredibly comfortable. All of us enjoyed having the screened in porch and had a great view of the golf course. There was an outage in the area and Patrick made sure that we were informed of the situation and kept us updated. In addition, he compensated us for the short loss of service. It was a pleasant surprise and greatly appreciated! We felt safe and secure throughout our stay and look forward to our next visit.

Amazing Inlet Views, Pool, St Park Beach Pass

We loved our stay! I was working in the area and my wife was along for a mini vacation. We were lucky enough to have very clear skies with a beautiful moonrise over the ocean/inlet our first few nights there - I haven’t seen so many stars and planets since traveling out west. We also had a (very rare for the area) snowstorm which kept us inside for a few days, the view and other amenities made this extremely enjoyable! We took advantage of the use of the state park pass and had some nice hikes on the trails. The owners were very responsive to questions and worked quickly to resolve a minor issue. We hope to stay again and highly recommend this property!!

We couldn’t have been more satisfied! The location was great, house was clean, spacious and comfortable. The hosts did a great job of attending to details and providing outstanding customer service. Beds were comfortable, linens fresh and clean with ample towel availability. It was a pleasure! We would definitely stay again!

The host spared no expense in providing a well equipped, clean, and comfortable condo. The location is great with wonderful views off the screened porch of the golf course, while still being private. I’ve stayed in many Airbnbs and this was by far one of the nicest ones. Highly recommend.

The Hil & Dale: Wayside Forest UNIT 12. Pets ok!

The HilandDale is our new go-to at Murrells Inlet. On a nice quiet street for walking our dog. The sunroom was my favorite area. It is a coastal retreat with lovely modern decor. Within walking distance of great restaurants, a park and on a small marsh boardwalk with boat slips. The condo is pet friendly and very clean. Note there are stairs to bedrooms and shower; sofa bed and half bath on main.

A private deck features two red Adirondack chairs, inviting relaxation. Lush trees are visible beyond the railing, creating a serene natural backdrop. The clear blue sky adds brightness to the outdoor space.

A wonderful place to stay. The condo was well appointed with everything that we needed and very clean. Litchfield by the Sea is a beautiful setting and the beach was very close. The host were very easy to communicate with.

Overall great place at a very competitive price. If there are other quests or people in neighboring units, be aware of parking. As each unit only has 2 dedicated slots, and up to about 3/4 guest parking. One of our dedicated 2 parking spots was occupied by tenants golf cart. Luckily we were aware of limited space ahead of time and planned accordingly. The walk to the beach was great, and a great location away from major hotels. Otherwise the place was fantastic and would absultely rent it again.

A comfortable living area features a light-colored sofa and an armchair, complemented by a wooden coffee table. A soft rug lies underfoot, while large French doors open to a sunroom, allowing natural light to fill the space. Art pieces decorate the walls.

My sister and i stayed at Katie's place for two nights while in town for our brothers weddimg. The house was perfect for us. Quiet, easy to get to and fantastic location for easy walking or car access to all the bars and restaurants in the Inlet. The access was super easy amd check in and out was so smooth. The beds were so comfortable. Great nights of sleep adter two long days of wedding shenanigans. Katie was great with communications and clear imstruction. I will definitely book here again if i need to in the future.

Stayed by myself for 3 nights, in order to go fishing at Murrell's Inlet charter fishing, which is an easy 7 minute drive away. I needed a quite, comfy condo and this one fit the bill. Despite the heat of July, the AC worked great, even upstairs in the bedrooms. The king bed was very comfy. Plenty of space in the room, nice closets. Upstairs bathroom worked nicely, good hot water in the shower. I liked the enclosed sun room, just off the living room. It brightened up the main level space. The sun room has floor to ceiling windows on all walls, each with blinds for privacy. Make sure to close those blinds at night because cars entering the parking area have their headlights pointed directly into those nice windows! Overall, a nice stay for me.

The townhouse looked just like the pictures. It’s 3 stories and has an ample amount of space. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. The amenities were great, I almost wish I could’ve spent more time in the townhouse. I would definitely rent again

We enjoyed our visit and our stay at Bob and Melissa’s. So close to the beach, great restaurants and places to walk. We enjoyed the golf cart and the pier. The place is very clean and just as detailed in the listing. Would stay again if we are ever in the area.

Jane’s condo was absolutely beautiful! The space of the condo was perfect for a family of four, and the resort had so many pools to choose from. She was very responsive with any concerns that arose, and was a lovely host. Would HIGHLY recommend this condo for your next beach vacation.

We have been searching for a new place for the last few years and have struggled with finding one that offers the things our family values in a reasonable price and convenient location to the beach. Andy's place was perfect! The townhome was wonderfully clean and furnished with all needed linens and beach supplies. We immediately felt right at home. The beach and pool were superb and we loved being so close to both. We had a phenomenal week and Andy's place is definitely somewhere we will be booking again!

The house was beautifully decorated and completely updated, clean and comfortable. They thought of every amenity you could possibly need. The beds were comfortable the lighting was very good the kitchen was well stocked and even had a lemon juicer! We loved being there and would definitely go back.

Beautiful location with views of the ocean no matter what room you are in. Quiet regardless of neighbors on both sides. The home had such attention to detail that made it so fun and peaceful/calming. Warren had quick communication with any questions and feedback asked before and during stay. Had a lot to offer for beach set up too!

This location was perfect for us because it was 5 minutes away from the jobsite. The host was responsive and helpful. The condo was clean and the neighborhood was very quiet. We work nights so the quiet neighborhood was a plus for us. We will be staying here again in the future.

This was a very nice home away from home! Everything I needed was there, so I didn’t have to scramble to the store when I arrived. I appreciated the welcoming gestures and the excellent communication. Very clean!

This is a wonderful condo situated on the lake with two screened porches and one open deck. The condo is tastefully decorated, clean, private, quiet and a very short walk to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked and there are ample towels and supplies. Litchfield By The Sea is a wonderful place. It’s safe and you can walk to Starbucks, grocery and several shops including a wonderful bakery if you like to walk. The host is very accommodating and a good communicator. We didn’t want to leave and will be back.

Great townhouse near the beach. The place was exactly what we needed for our trip. The home was very modern, extremely peaceful and the neighborhood was very quiet. The host was very responsive and answered all questions promptly. I was very pleased and will be staying there again in the future! I loved this place !
