Pawleys Island is oldest seaside community in U.S. Property overlooks marsh & you can hear the ocean from our backyard. Drive to beach 12 minutes away. Our spot provides more privacy than beachfront homes. View is breathtaking at all times of day & year. Like us, you may find yourselves choosing the marsh over the beach some days.

Pet friendly! Private 500 sq ft studio apartment above free standing garage. Full size kitchen if you want to stay in. Queen bed and couch with pull out bed. The private 440 foot pier in your back yard includes a covered gazebo. It's great for fishing, crabbing, kayaking or just enjoying the peaceful outdoor retreat! It is a short .8 of a mile to the closest beach access where you can enjoy the ocean.

Laundry room, WIFI, TV, corn hole, horseshoes, bogie boards, $150.00 non-refundable pet fee taken thru Airbnb must be on reservation limit 2 small dogs no dogs over 35 lbs. without owner permission. WIFI provided. Extra charge for over 6 guests. All guests/pets must be listed on rental agreement.
