We are a privately owned condo in Grand Palms Resort, but their shuttle and extras are not included with this listing. You will enjoy parking for 2 cars, WiFi, premium cable and a safe, quiet space to call home.

Our spot provides more privacy than beachfront homes. View is breathtaking at all times of day & year. Like us, you may find yourselves choosing the marsh over the beach some days.
