Hello, as already described. The apartment is very clean and well maintained. Good location, metro and minibuses can be reached quickly. Bayram is very helpful and is always available if you have questions. The only downside is that the apartment is on the 5th floor. And that the house is not an excerpt. But otherwise a top place to stay.

A little Gem in Moda. Located right in the Center of Moda, equidistant to anywhere you want to go to in Moda. You will find restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and any outlet you may think of within a walking distance. Orhun was an excellent host, sent us all what we needed to know ahead of time with very clear instructions. He was quite helpful and accommodating in every sense. The apartment was immaculate and everything was spotless with fresh linen. Extremely well equipped apartment, having literally everything you need for a short or a long stay, and would make you feel right at home. The apartment was well heated, with excellent plumbing and a very practical and well equipped kitchen. If you are looking for a hidden gem, that is practical with no frills and lets you discover Moda in every way yet knowing you will come back to a comfortable and homey apartment, I highly recommend Orhun's apartment.

First of all, the entrance and exit to the house are extremely comfortable. The host is friendly and accommodating. Being in the center made everything very easy (transportation, food, etc.). The house was tidy and quite big. The desk was enough. The bed was very comfortable for me. The TV was working and working. It was just a little slow. It's a little tiring to be on the 5th floor because there is no elevator, but the couriers go upstairs, so if you pass the food, grocery, etc., you won't get tired. The refrigerator in the kitchen was quite sufficient, but the kitchen utensils didn't feel too clean, which I think is normal. The bathroom was also sufficient for the price of the house, I did not have much problems while taking a shower. The combi boiler was also quite adequate. In short, I like it and it's a good choice for your trips, which doesn't matter for a long time. The house was clean, but some improvements can be made in terms of cleanliness. Other than that, it was very nice. Absolutely satisfied. I plan to stay again when I stop by again.

spacious central located apartment in the heart of kadikoy in very lively steert, about 10 minutes to the ferry and metro that goes to Sabiha Gökçen airport. since it is located in a busy street it can be a little bit loud but that really didn't affect us but keep that mind if you are a light sleeper.

I had a great stay at Mr. Caner's place. The house was just as described. She was also helpful and gave local advice when checking into the house. Since it is very close to Sogutlucesme, you can go anywhere with options such as Metrobus and Marmaray. I would like to be a guest at Mr. Caner's house again during my next visit to Istanbul. Thank you for the amenities you've provided.

The fact that they were in constant communication from the time they created a reservation made it very pleased that the house was spotless and warm. Very caring, kind, and competent. It's in a great location and fully met our expectations. We strongly encourage you to consider it as a preference.

We had a great time! The house is suitable for children and dogs. Our dog loved the garden! Living area looks like small in the pictures but it was more than enough for 4 people. We did not have any problem with heating stystem and hot water. Communication with the host was very easy. Thank you we enjoyed our stay very much!

We were actually given a different apartment/ house but just around the corner from one we had booked as there was a problem as previous guests had damaged the first one. Overall it worked out better for us as it didn’t have stairs to go upstairs etc and my friend who has trouble climbing stairs found this better for her. Check in was easy and instructions clear. Lovely place to stay and in walking distance to Moda sea front which is beautiful and lovely bars and restaurants and shops and ten mins walk to the ferries to the European side. We would come again! We stayed with my wife for 1 night, Mr. Fatih helped us with everything, everything was clean and tidy, the temperature of the pool was very good, the morning breakfast was quite sufficient for two people, there are problems with hygiene in such places, but everything was sparkling clean, maybe we were more careful than I was pregnant, there are shops 2 minutes away by car for dinner, we preferred to take meat and barbecue in the garden, we had a good time on the advice of Mr. Fatih, we had a very pleasant time, the host woke up the morning with a bell and breakfast, they entered the garden directly in the bungalow we stayed before, they respect your privacy here, everything was as in the photos and worked smoothly, air conditioning, wood fireplace, barbecue, shower, hot water, projection, in short, we were very satisfied, in short, it was more convenient than other comparisons, it was a place we would prefer again, my only suggestion was that you should take the time off, you will be more comfortable. It's a really boutique summer complex. Major has it all. It's a great place especially for families with small children. Yuruyuş, bicycle, pool, garden use, neighbor... A place where you can have a great time. The houses are also very nice.

Derya and Gokce are wonderful humans. They went out of their way to equip the flat with everything that you could possibly need. Everything I though I needed - it was in the flat. I felt like I had my own little abode on Buykada. Thank you for helping me realize my dream of being an Istanbul island boy!

Esra was a very responsive host. The apartment was cute, comfortable, quiet, and clean with great air conditioning that circulated throughout the entire place, which is great since I stayed in the middle of summer. The apartment looked just like the pictures and even had a nice little gym in the building. I would certainly consider staying here again if I visit this neighborhood in the future.

Melihs was very good and quick at communicating. The flat is spacious and cozy. It is cetrally located within walking distance of many good cafes and restaurants as well as the ferry to western side. Wonderful to stoll along the Sea of Marmora and to stop for a late picnic on the grass and watch the sun go down . Outdoor workout area nearby. What is not to like
