Die Unterkunft war sauber, gemütlich und bestens ausgestattet. Die Lage ideal und der Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Reibungslose Kommunikation und ein rundum angenehmer Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Hallo , wie schon auch beschrieben. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Gute Lage , Metro und Minibusse sind schnell zu erreichen. Der Bayram ist sehr hilfsbereit ist immer erreichbar wenn man fragen hat. Nur der einziger Nachteil ist dass die Wohnung im 5 Stock ist. Und das Haus kein Auszug besitzt. Aber sonst eine Top Unterkunft.

A little Gem in Moda. Located right in the Center of Moda, equidistant to anywhere you want to go to in Moda. You will find restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and any outlet you may think of within a walking distance. Orhun was an excellent host, sent us all what we needed to know ahead of time with very clear instructions. He was quite helpful and accommodating in every sense. The apartment was immaculate and everything was spotless with fresh linen. Extremely well equipped apartment, having literally everything you need for a short or a long stay, and would make you feel right at home. The apartment was well heated, with excellent plumbing and a very practical and well equipped kitchen. If you are looking for a hidden gem, that is practical with no frills and lets you discover Moda in every way yet knowing you will come back to a comfortable and homey apartment, I highly recommend Orhun's apartment.

Öncelikle eve giriş ve çıkış aşırı rahat. Ev sahibi samimi ve yardımsever. Merkez de olması her şeyi çok kolaylaştırdı (ulaşım, yemek vs). Ev düzenliydi ve gayet büyüktü. Çalışma masası yeterliydi. Yatak gayet rahattı benim için. Televizyon çalışıyor ve iş görüyordu. Sadece biraz yavaştı. 5. katta olması biraz yorucu çünkü asansör yok ama kuryeler yukarıya çıkıyor yani yemek-market vb siparişi geçerseniz yorulmuyorsunuz. Mutfaktaki buzdolabı oldukça yeterliydi fakat mutfak araç-gereçleri fazla temiz hissettirmedi ki bunun normal olduğunu düşünüyorum. Banyo da evin fiyatına göre yeterliydi, pek bir sorun yaşamadım duş alırken. Kombisi de oldukça yeterliydi. Kısaca beğendim ve kısa-uzun fark etmez gezileriniz için iyi bir seçim. Ev temizdi ama bazı geliştirmeler yapılabilinir temizlik anlamında. Onun haricinde gayet güzeldi. Kesinlikle memnunum. Tekrar uğradığımda yine kalmayı planlıyorum.

spacious central located apartment in the heart of kadikoy in very lively steert, about 10 minutes to the ferry and metro that goes to Sabiha Gökçen airport. since it is located in a busy street it can be a little bit loud but that really didn't affect us but keep that mind if you are a light sleeper.

Caner Bey’in evinde harika bir konaklama geçirdim. Ev tam da tarif edildiği gibiydi. Eve giriş yaparken de yardımcı oldu ve yerel tavsiyeler verdi. Söğütlüçeşme’ye oldukça yakın olduğundan metrobüs, marmaray gibi seçeneklerle istediğiniz yere gidebiliyorsunuz. Bir sonraki İstanbul ziyaretimde tekrardan Caner Bey’in evinde misafir olmak isterim. Kendisine sağladığı olanaklardan ötürü teşekkür ederim.

Rezervasyon oluşturduktan itibaren sürekli iletişim hilinde olmaları evin tertemiz ve sıcak olması çok memnun etti. Oldukça ilgili, kibar ve işlerinin ehli. Konum olarak harika bir yerde ve beklentilerimizi tamamen karşıladı. Mutlaka tercih sebebi olarak değerlendirmenizi tavsiye ederiz.

We had a great time! The house is suitable for children and dogs. Our dog loved the garden! Living area looks like small in the pictures but it was more than enough for 4 people. We did not have any problem with heating stystem and hot water. Communication with the host was very easy. Thank you we enjoyed our stay very much!

We were actually given a different apartment/ house but just around the corner from one we had booked as there was a problem as previous guests had damaged the first one. Overall it worked out better for us as it didn’t have stairs to go upstairs etc and my friend who has trouble climbing stairs found this better for her. Check in was easy and instructions clear. Lovely place to stay and in walking distance to Moda sea front which is beautiful and lovely bars and restaurants and shops and ten mins walk to the ferries to the European side. We would come again! Eşimle 1 gece kaldık, Fatih bey her konuda yardımcı oldu bize, her yer temiz ve düzenliydi, havuzun sıcaklığı gayet iyiydi sabah kahvaltısı iki kişi için oldukça yeterliydi, bu tarz yerlerde genelde hijyenle alakalı sorunlar yaşanır ama her yer pırıl pırıldı hamile olduğumdan fazla dikkatliydik belki de, akşam yemeği için arabayla 2 dakikalık mesafede dükkanlar var, biz et alıp bahçede mangal yapmayı tercih ettik Fatih beyin tavsiyesi üzerine iyiki de öyle yapmışız çok keyifli vakit geçirdik ev sahibi sabah zil ile uyandırıp kahvaltıyı getirdi daha önce kaldığımız bungalovda direkt bahçeye girmişlerdi burada mahremiyetinize saygıları var, her şey fotoğraflardaki gibiydi ve sorunsuz çalışıyordu klima,odun şöminesi,mangal,duş,sıcak su,projeksiyon ,her şey harikaydı kısacası biz çok memnun kaldık fiyat olarak da diğer kıyaslara nazaran daha uygundu yine tercih edeceğimiz bir yer oldu , tek önerim giderken terlik götürmeniz, daha rahat edersiniz. Gercek anlamda butik bir yazlik site. Major her şey var. Ozellikle kucuk cocuklu aileler icin mukemmel bir yer. Yuruyuş, bisiklet, havuz, bahce kullanimi, komsuluk... Cok guzel vakit gecirebileceginiz bir yer. Evler de gayet guzel.

Derya and Gokce are wonderful humans. They went out of their way to equip the flat with everything that you could possibly need. Everything I though I needed - it was in the flat. I felt like I had my own little abode on Buykada. Thank you for helping me realize my dream of being an Istanbul island boy!

Esra was a very responsive host. The apartment was cute, comfortable, quiet, and clean with great air conditioning that circulated throughout the entire place, which is great since I stayed in the middle of summer. The apartment looked just like the pictures and even had a nice little gym in the building. I would certainly consider staying here again if I visit this neighborhood in the future.

Melihs was very good and quick at communicating. The flat is spacious and cozy. It is cetrally located within walking distance of many good cafes and restaurants as well as the ferry to western side. Wonderful to stoll along the Sea of Marmora and to stop for a late picnic on the grass and watch the sun go down . Outdoor workout area nearby. What is not to like

Bina toplu taşımaya çok yakındı, park yeri sorunu da yoktu. Evin içi de fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi temiz ve düzenliydi.
