My house is luxury residence with great location and it has 7/24 security and a lot of facilities . Ferry Port and Kadıköy (center) are in walking distance and u can arrive whereever u want in Istanbul (Asian or European side) bu using metrobus (fikirtepe station) just 5minute walking distance to my house. Location is very close to shopping mall, market, phermacy also. Deprem projeli yüksek nitelikli daire . Merkezî konumda bulunan şık ve lüks olanaklı rahat bir konaklamanın tadını çıkarın.

i did not have any problems during my stay, everything was as it should be, the view was especially good, I recommend.

We had a very pleasant 4 days. The house was spotless when we arrived and everything was just like the descriptions and photos. Quiet and secure compound. It was easy to get to the center by car. Ekin is a very caring and honest host:)

Staying with Etel has been by far my best Airbnb experience to date. Her apartment offers a calm environment to recover from the hustle and bustle of Istanbul. She and her brother were more than welcoming to me and helped me many times throughout my stay there. I highly recommend taking a bus ride down to Emirgan Park or the Bosphorus, which are only 2 to 3 bus stops away from her apartment. The location of the apartment is also incredibly convenient for university students who have just arrived in Istanbul. In short: I can't recommend this place enough. Etel is a wonderful host and a joy to talk to. If you have some time to spare after a day of exploring the city, she will be excited to show you whichever puzzle she is currently working on.

A very suitable apartment for 1-2 people within walking distance of the metrobus and metro. There are mini shopping malls, supermarkets and various restaurants on the first floor. You can even say coffee to the apartment from the cafe below. It was nice to be allowed to use the parking lot. Host is quick to respond to questions. I recommend it to those who prefer to stay in a central location on the Anatolian side.
