Nice and quite area, away from tourist areas. 5 min walk to train station, so easy access to central areas Good bus service to Uskudar seafront and nearby shopping centre lots of restaurants close by and much cheaper than tourist areas. The apartment was incredibly cozy and perfect for a comfortable stay. From the very beginning, the host was exceptionally helpful and welcoming — assisting us with check-in and any questions we had, and always available 24/7. One of the best parts was the neighborhood: peaceful, charming, and full of lovely streets with fresh pastries, delicious local food, and everything within walking distance. The apartment itself had everything needed for a small group — all the amenities, a warm atmosphere, and thoughtful details that made us feel right at home. The location also offers excellent transport connections, making it easy to reach any part of the city. Thank you so much for your hospitality and for creating such a welcoming space. We will definitely be coming back! Highly recommended to everyone!

Staying with Etel has been by far my best Airbnb experience to date. Her apartment offers a calm environment to recover from the hustle and bustle of Istanbul. She and her brother were more than welcoming to me and helped me many times throughout my stay there. I highly recommend taking a bus ride down to Emirgan Park or the Bosphorus, which are only 2 to 3 bus stops away from her apartment. The location of the apartment is also incredibly convenient for university students who have just arrived in Istanbul. In short: I can't recommend this place enough. Etel is a wonderful host and a joy to talk to. If you have some time to spare after a day of exploring the city, she will be excited to show you whichever puzzle she is currently working on.
