There were only two issues that would not be a problem with the house. It can be said that there is 1 toilet and the pool cannot be heated enough. But other than that, the house was perfect and very clean. A place I would choose again, and I would definitely come

The house was really tidy and the design was very nice. It was very clean and hygienic. We had no trouble checking in. The host gave the necessary instructions before check-in and we were able to check in quickly. It was also important for security and for having an indoor parking lot. The byways were bad only because there were new constructions around it. Although we saw that these roads were open when using the navigation, some of the roads were closed. But it can be easily reached by direct connection from the highway. Apart from that, the terrace is beautiful, but the sound of the city can be heard when the windows and balcony doors are open, otherwise, when the windows are closed, there is no sound in the house. We were pleased. We thank the host.

It is a great place to spend time with a large group of friends. We had everything in the 4-story building, we stayed with full pleasure. Mr. Ferhat was extremely caring and helpful, communicating with us very well. We thank him very much. We would love to come back in the summer to use the pool:)

Ms. Ayşe welcomed us with her beauty and sincerity. Thanks to the location information, we found the house comfortably. Their kitten was very sweet. Thanks to them, we didn't encounter any snakes, bugs, or anything else. They officially took our stress, and it was an opportunity for my son Anil. Everything was thought out and spotless in the house. Even though it's a calm and relaxing home, you don't compromise on your comfort! Kitchen utensils were thought out to the dishwasher detergent. We have stayed in different houses before, but I can say that we have not stayed in such a tidy and clean place. The house had everything we could need, up to the information notes. The only thing missing is that we couldn't find a hanger to hang our coats. The garden, barbecue, patio, our enjoyment was nice, and the house was always warm. We would love to come back. There is also a parking area with a barrier where you can safely park your car! We woke up with the sounds of birds and the fragrances of flowers, we slept in the fresh air in the comfortable beds! We didn't want to heat it because we didn't want to use the pool.

There were four of us in total for several days at Asli Hanim's place. We wanted to treat ourselves to a getaway and the place was excellent for this. We arrived late at night and yet there were no issues checking in. The house was very clean, as was the bathroom. The garden and terrace were also very clean, much nicer than on the pictures. Especially the pool was our absolute highlight, much nicer and also bigger than on the pictures. Asli Hanim was available to us 24/7 with tips, she answered messages and calls immediately. She also inquired daily about our wellbeing, a really warm and loving hostess. In the accommodation you have your absolute privacy, there are no insights into the garden and pool, so you could swim and sunbathe completely undisturbed. We will be happy to come back, thank you for the nice getaway Asli Hanim :)

One of the few times the house exceeded my expectations. It is better than the photos! The host’s attention to detail is excellent. Everything worked like clockwork (smart house). Everything you could think of was available and usable. The host made sure nothing was missing… The gardens are extra spacious and very well kept, the view was beautiful, the pool and jacuzzi were very enjoyable, the BBQ was.. well, I’ll let the next guest be surprised 😉. What else can I say: the best AirBnb experience I’ve had so far! Get lots of food stuff and relax for a few days.. it is perfect for that

Zafer was friendly and generous. He went beyond the call of duty to be helpful. The view of the Bosphorus especially from the bedroom and the terrace was simply magical. I highly recommend Zafer’s place.

We were actually given a different apartment/ house but just around the corner from one we had booked as there was a problem as previous guests had damaged the first one. Overall it worked out better for us as it didn’t have stairs to go upstairs etc and my friend who has trouble climbing stairs found this better for her. Check in was easy and instructions clear. Lovely place to stay and in walking distance to Moda sea front which is beautiful and lovely bars and restaurants and shops and ten mins walk to the ferries to the European side. We would come again! It was a comfortable stay for us. The house was very clean, including the bathroom. Our communication and check-in went smoothly. The location of the house is really beautiful, within walking distance to the beach or the active locations of the city. It has become a place we will choose again.

Lovely accommodation with everything you need. Located in a good neighborhood, where there are various chain stores nearby. Another advantage is the short distance to all types of transport. Orhan turned out to be a very hospitable person who clearly and quickly answered all questions. The apartment is very cozy, I would like to come back again.

I normally booked somewhere else. However, since the host didn't contact me, I canceled my reservation and booked the Barış brain house at the last minute. She contacted me right away and made a lot of advice and suggestions. He was very friendly and sincere. I stayed at his place as if it were my own. He's a great host. Definitely recommend.
