Perfect size, very clean, plenty of room, fun game room, kids toys, relaxing outside patios and cozy spa. Very welcoming environment. We will be back. Thank you so much!

Laurie is an amazing host that was readily available when I had questions and left us lovely notes and instructions when we arrived. The home is beautiful and great for a week or weekend getaway with family or friends. My family loved the place and there were no complaints. We would definitely select this location again and we recommend it to anyone who wishes a lovely stay.

This house was very clean, private, beds were comfy and plenty of bath towels for our party of 6, great coffee and the yard was so nice!!

Great location and grounds. Clean and bright. Washer and dryer and dishwasher all work great. Plenty of supplies like soap and TP. Cooper was great and really helpful. There weren't coffee filters but the Vons is close. (The Vons was out of basket coffee filters so prolly helps to bring some and also bring some plastic utensils) Not quite enough hand towels for fastidious types but paper towels were available and it was great to have 2 1/2 baths. I usually bring my own pillow but didn't this trip and the pillows are quite tall and firm so it was not comfortable for me. Nice to have closet space and drawer space. Really a nice place. Heater works swell. Fridge is spacious. Turns out a relative lives down the street so I can honestly say there are great neighbors. There is a wonderful park with a great playground five minutes away. Check-in and out was easy and fast. The outdoor space is wonderful. Really close to a perfect stay.

This was by far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in. Every single detail was so well planned out. From the moment we pulled up out front, we felt right at home. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the toys and ping pong table, while the adults loved sitting by the fire pit and enjoying the hot spa. Nugget ice maker and espresso machine were a bonus that we were so grateful for. Our family had the best time & cannot wait to come back & visit. Our only regret was not staying in this beautiful home longer! Thank you for having us!

My hometown is Santa Maria and I needed a place for family to stay for a family memorial . Travis’ place was great our 3 night stay. Very clean, spacious and well stocked with everything you need. It’s close to stores and restaurants in a nice area of Santa Maria. We even enjoyed the outdoor firepit every evening we were there. Highly recommend it!
