Monthly Rentals in Gassville

This place was a gem and perfect for being in downtown cotter. The lodge was very clean and well appointed with anything you would need for a relaxing stay. I specifically liked having a back deck but also a sitting area in front with a fire pit. If you’re planning a fly fishing trip or just a quiet getaway, this is best place to book.

Stayed here for spring break with the kids and it was amazing! We will definitely be booking again anytime we come to cotter! Great stay!!

Home was VERY clean, well stocked, cozy and comfortable. We appreciated the convenient location with Dollar General directly across the street and The 178 Club next door which offers quality food and family friendly bowling. The hosts are friendly and very responsive. We will definitely stay again when we return to the area. Thank you for sharing your lovely place with us.

My husband and I booked this AirBnB, and it was the perfect getaway for the two of us. The neighborhood was quiet and set right against the river. Only 5 minutes from town, and Nima’s pizza (a must go-to!). We would definitely stay here again.
