Monthly Rentals in Garden City

Nice bungalow in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed daily walks in the neighborhood to nearby Glenmere Park. Beautiful flowers on the property and along the path to the park where we saw ducklings and gosling learning life from their mamas. Stacy was very responsive to all needs throughout our stay. Fresh cookies were a nice surprise on check in.

My daughter and I came to Greeley for the International Miss Pageant. The rest of family stayed at the Doubletree hotel which was right around the corner from us. I prefer this method of stay instead of a hotel, so this worked out perfect for us. This is located right by a very nice park and most everything you need, from restaurants to specialized coffees. While we really only used our stay here to sleep, we felt safe, and the beds and pillows were super comfy! The shower with the panel massage system was a nice bonus! The hosts always responded quickly, and we enjoyed our stay. Would certainly stay here again.

We had a great stay at the Cozy Sloth! It was clean, safe. and very comfortable. The hosts were very quick with their responses, flexible, and it was clear they really cared if we were having a good stay! We know where to book next time were in Greeley!
