El apartamento está genial, muy nuevo todo y superlimpio. La urbanización donde está es fantástica y ubicada en sitio estupendo. Y Denia nos encantó. 10 SOBRE 10

El alojamiento tal y como aparece en la publicación. Todo perfecto, vistas inmejorables, camas cómodas, lugar muy bien insonorizado. Toñi, la anfitriona, maravillosa, atenta 100%, disponible en todo momento. Magnífico todo.

Apartamento increíble!!!! Super cómodo y completo!! La vista espectacular, mejor aún que en las fotos!! Si vuelvo a Valencia sin duda me alojare nuevamente en el apartamento de Sergio!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und der Ausblick ist spektakulär. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Liegenschaft gibt es auch einen Fitnessraum (wurde von uns rege benutzt) und noch 2 Pools wie auch Tennis, Fußball, und Basketball-Platz. Die Pools haben wir dann letztendlich nicht benutzt, da es zum schönen Strand Poniente nur einen 5-minütigen Fußweg ist. Zur Altstadt sind es ca. 20Min. zu Fuss. Das einzige was uns ein wenig gestört hat, waren einige Nachbarn unter uns, welche praktisch täglich, bis tief in die Nacht und morgens früh auf der Terrasse laut diskutiert, geschrien und gestritten haben. Wir hatten aber eine sehr gute Zeit in der Wohnung, haben es sehr genossen und werden hoffentlich bald wieder kommen. Die Gastgeberin Paola ist sehr nett, aufmerksam, schnell erreichbar und reagiert auf Anfragen umgehend. DANKE Paola für die wunderbare Zeit!

Apartment really was amazing, great views, with a indoor pool also. The outdoor pool wasnt open as it was March but it looked amazing and would love to come again in the summer months. The apartment was out the way from the main part of the city but that is what we wanted. The walk along the prom to the centre is really nice and the taxi's were under 10 euros so it was perfect. Apartment was so clean and modern. We loved it and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Benidorm. Juan met us to show us round the complex which ended up being quite late in the evening which wasnt a problem for him. Very friendly guy who was happy to answer any questions throughout the trip through messages.

Teresa's apartment was amazing. Great location, close to food places, supermarket and the beach. It genuinely felt like home and it was extremely clean which felt so nice. We did not need to buy anything extra and even had beach chairs to use. We would love to return to this apartment in the future.

The apartment was lovely-new building and immaculate. All you need inside and nice quiet location. Great underground garage parking for my camper van (2.1m height) and bikes although plenty of safe parking just outside. Great location, on the sea front with views of walking area and sea. Just a 5 or so minute walk to the lovely beach surrounded by nice restaurants. Hope to be back soon. Thanks.

Alles war sehr unkompliziert. Konnten gut kochen in der Küche und obwohl die Wohnung klein ist, ist alles sehr geräumig und es hat viel Stauraum. Unsere Kleine hat auch sehr gut im Babybett geschlafen, welches knapp ins Schlafzimmer passt. Lediglich das Schwimmbad war uns zu kalt. Wir waren nur einmal kurz da. Die Wohnung ist super gelegen. Haben uns wohl und sicher gefühlt.

The apartment was lovely and bright, very clean, lots of nice extras, toilet roll, dishwasher tablets, sugar, salt etc. The balcony was huge with all the furniture you’d need, although quite windy as it’s at the top of a hill on the 30th floor. The bed was extremely comfortable. The storage space could be better ie more droors, hangers in the wardrobe. Plus more cutlery & crockery, there’s a dishwasher but we couldn’t use it as there wasn’t enough to have one set in and one to use. The 2 seater sofa not the most comfortable. Having said this it didn’t spoil our stay, the location is perfect and Juan was always on hand. We will defiantly return.

Simplemente perfecto! Desde el primer momento, Juan fue un anfitrión increíble: amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Nos hizo sentir como en casa. La ubicación del apartamento no podría ser mejor – todo está cerca, y además es muy tranquilo. El lugar estaba impecable, con todo lo que uno puede necesitar para una estancia cómoda y sin preocupaciones. Me encantó cada detalle. ¡Lo recomiendo mil veces y sin duda volveré en mi próximo viaje!

Logement impeccable, description parfaite et très propre. La résidence est ultra sécurisé, la voiture reste en sécurité dans le parking avec surveillance 24/24. Tout est présent dans la résidence pour toute la famille, jeux pour enfants, salle de sport, piscine intérieure et extérieure, accès plage. Nous avons passé un fabuleux séjour et la région est magnifique. Nous avons aussi apprécié le calme de la résidence dû au mois d'avril où peut de touriste était présent. En bref nous espérons y séjourner de nouveau un jour. Merci Jorge !

We spent a great time at Cristina’s place; the location is perfect: one cannot get a better place: it is quiet, yet so close to the bustle of the beach area. The apartment is spacious and clean, equipped with all necessities. The communication with the host went smoothly. She is a really helpful and caring person. Definitely, recommend this place.

Abbiamo soggiornato nell’appartamento di Josè Antonio ed Eva e per noi è stato come essere a casa nostra. Tutto era molto pulito e attrezzato, dalla cucina al bagno!C’era il necessario e anche di più. Cosa molto gradita specialmente quando si arriva in aereo e con figli. La posizione, che avevamo ovviamente valutato in fase di scelta, è stata un’ulteriore conferma di praticità, sia che si volesse raggiungere il centro sia che si volesse andare in spiaggia. Praticamente si trova di fronte al divertentissimo (e gratuito) parco Gulliver ma anche alla Città delle Arti, delle Scienze, al planetario e all’acquario. Per il nostro soggiorno abbiamo scelto di muoverci esclusivamente in bici ed è stato perfetto. Si arriva agilmente anche al bel Bioparco, che sembrava la metà più lontana. José Antonio ed Eva sono stati come una famiglia per noi, hanno arricchito il nostro soggiorno con consigli e sono stati adorabilmente premurosi in particolare con nostra figlia di 4 anni. Super consigliato!

Sin duda de los mejores apartamentos en los que hemos estado. Además de limpio, ordenado, contaba con todo tipo de comodidades y detalles que hacían la estancia aún más agradable. La facilidad y amabilidad para llegar al apartamento, así como la comunicación con abdelhakim. Íbamos con dos niñas y nos dejo todo preparado y organizado para que nos fuera todo más fácil. La urbanización está genial y muy cerca d la playa. Sin duda 100% recomendable. volveremos!!

Pese a no haber podido vernos en persona la impresión ha sido excepcional. Ha estado siempre pendiente de lo que precisáramos. Un placer haber contactado con ella y muy agradecidos q nos haya permitido disfrutar de su villa. Para repetir!

Dieser host war immer gut erreichbar und trotz unterschiedlicher Sprachen sind wir gut zurecht gekommen. Das Haus war extrem sauber und hat uns für 3 Monate einen guten Standort für ein Homeoffice geboten. Hierher fahren wir gerne wieder.

Superb townhouse, even nicer than the photos suggest. This Airbnb is obviously someone's home, the fittings and furniture are high quality and beautifully appointed. We absolutely loved our stay in this townhouse and would thoroughly recommend it. Having the garage was a great advantage. The principle bedroom ensuite is huge, with a double walk in shower and standalone bath. Javea is a beautiful place and the old town, which this property is in, is on the doorstep. Great restaurants, cafes, bars, etc. The local market was a favourite with us for breakfast. The port area is only 15 minutes walk and Arenel beach area a further 20 minutes. We visit Javea often, and we'll be returning to this townhouse. Contact with Inge was easy, friendly and prompt. Thanks for your help Inge.

Det var ett kjempefint opphold. huset levde opp til forventningene og Arno var fantasisk å sammarbeide med. var ett stykke fra Calpe sentrum men dette viste vi på forhånd. Taxien kom fort så derte va ingen problem. appen Glovo var fantastisk for å få dagligvarer levert hjem til huset med gratis levering. Tusentakk for eit fint opphold Arno, kommer nok tilbake🤩

Tolles Haus in Strandnähe. Erika war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Haus überzeugt durch die Lage, das Design, mehrere tolle Terrassen und den Komfort. Gerne wieder!

Fuimos a pasar un par de dias en Nochevieja unos amigos. Pisito muy acogedor, con una ambientación y decoración totalmente diferente a lo habitual, te sentías como si estuvieses en un lugar exótico. La terraza muy chula, una pena que nos pillara con lluvia en plena Nochevieja, no pudimos disfrutarla apenas. Luis muy atento en todo momento y con iniciativa. Si nos coge por la zona repetiremos sin dudarlo!!
